I also have an issue for which I have sent an email and received no response, but this issue is more serious. You guys claim that you have a quality process to check all the items before delivery and now you are asking the customers to check for expiry date?
What if the customer who has ordered is not at home and the person who is receiving the order doesn't know how to check the expiry date? This is very strange that you are holding the buyer responsible for your irresponsible behaviour.

I placed 2 orders and below are the order numbers

I received my salary on 1st and placed my grocery order and made my payment close to Rs. 10000. Order was confirmed.

After 6 hours, to my surprise, order was cancelled without any reason or information. Now, when I asked for refund, I'm being told that it will take 7 to 10 working days. I have no money to order the grocery from elsewhere. I'm not comfortable to borrow money from anyone. There is baby food ordered too. I am totally disappointed and have no idea how to manage my groceries until I get the refund.
When I called the customer care to complain about this, they completely denied to give me any resolution and neither did they provide any reference number for the complaint that I raised. I kept on pleading that I have no money to order the grocery for the month but the customer care representative was very insensitive and did not care about my problem.

Received the Order on 21st but the Oty I order is not the same as I ordered. I order for 5 Nos. of 100gm Catch Haldi powder. I received only ONE.

Vim Dishwasher pack of 3 . Qty order 2 Nos. Received only 1.

NOT HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE. WON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Recently I have got two coupons of askemgrocery.com and i placed order on their website, They accepted my order and later cancelled the same stating that i cannot order from two different coupons at the same address .

I asked them that no where you guys have mentioned in Terms&Conditions of the coupon, they said that we don't know, but we have cancelled your order.

They are cheating customers it is extemely important to stop buying from their online portal.

I was surprised to see their reaction, till date i have not seen any e-commerce player accpeting and then cancelling order by stating such baseless reasons, if you dont have the capability of honoring your promotionaly campaign coupons then dont release the same in the market.

GUYS I suggest Dont buy products from their website askemgrocery.com which is a GETIT BRAND. They are Cheating customers.
