I has been a terrible experience of shopping with you guys. I have ordered and returned my portable charger which i ordered since like 1 and a half month now but I still did not received the refund of the product in my account...my order num was AB1260900...pls see to it asap.

I ordered for a pop up toaster bearing order no. AB 1419091. THE ORDER GOT CANCELLED BUT THERE WAS NO INTIMATION FROM THE COMPANY SIDE.LATER ON CALLING MAN TIMES I CAME TO KNOW THAT THE PRO DUCT WAS OUT OF STOCK.THEN I ASKED FOR THE REFUND BUT IN SPITE OF SEVERAL REQUESTS AND REPORT ED COMPLAINTS NO THINGS HAS BEEN DONE REGARDING MY REFUND. IS THE COMPANY NOT WORTH RS. 1900 THAT IT IS UNABLE TO PAY. I SHALL HAVE TO TAKE A LEGAL ACTION IF I DO NOT GET THE REFUND WITHIN 7 DAYS. RAJEEV NARULA ADVOCATE.

I purchased a product worth Rs 749 from askmebazaar.com. Order Id - AB 960857. I received a damaged product. I lodged a complaint on 14.03.2015. Complaint No - QRC 179135. I was told that I will receive the refund within 10-12 working days from the date of complaint. Till date I have not received the refund. Further they are giving false and fake information that the refund has been processed and complaint has been closed.

Myself Pranav Kumar Kasaudhan...I placed an order regarding Chennai Super King T-Shirt of Rs. 125+25 shipping charges...means total of Rs 150...on 24th April 2015 After all things done Balance deducted from my SBI debit card but automatic transaction cancelled.. and a message generated from your side which was... Oops! We are sorry! There has been a slight glitch in your payment and we were unable to process your payment. Please Call[protected] to file for a refund. I placed a complaint on your helpline no. ie.[protected]...Complain no. was QRC400016...

After this your backand team called me and assured that please wait for 10 days that is 04th may 2015...that was..if your order received and they demanded cash...then pay him or return the product and called us for refund..but I did not received any product...

After all thing done I called again on 05th may 2015 on your customer care no.[protected]...Your representative response me that You will receive a call within 24 hours from my side but i did not received any call yet...

Today is 07th may 2015 and I again called your customer care but i got again same reply that is wait, wait and wait...Whats going on??? its such like a ridiculous services provided...

My product was only Rs. 150...But i also expense for calling charges of Rs.68+ more...that was more than 10 times before and after completion of 10 days from my order date 24th April 2015...

Its my last request as well as warning to you...Give me your resolution as soon as possible...otherwise i will have to go further for your misbehave and misconduct for the customer satisfaction...

Hi, I am Manjunath, I Purchased Polo watch in Mar With Order no: AB1092632, but i ordered for White polo watch but received Black i given for return pickup on 14.3.2015. After returned, when i cal to the askmebazar executive they taken my account no everything on Mar 26th and i also given for confirmation when they called. But amount not refunded. Again i done same thing they told same and verified. Same thing repeated almost 3 times. At that time my currency matched with the Watch amount.but no refund received, this is how giving service to customer?, i really i hate this askmebazar, Next time i wont buy and also i told everyone to don't buy, Please if any one reading this next time please please don't buy. i already think that i put my watch amount to God. i request to askmebazar people Please don't cheat people because they order and purchase because in small amount we can get good product but here showing diffrent picture.

Ordered a Power Bank -10400 MAH paid 700 cash on delivery but when opened found wrong product I called askmebazaar to take the wrong product and they arranged the pickup and I was told I willget my refund on 5th may later on I called them again on 11th may and I was today your refund is processed you will get it by today again next day I called them and this time I was told within 48 hours you will receive your refund but I haven't received any refund even today so again today I called them and this time they said our finance team will call you within 48 hours reference no is QRC 394357. Now this is totally wrong and frustrating the modus operandi of this company is to first send the wrong products deliberately intentionally to their customers so that they return it and later askme promise them for refunds but never refunds, , , who cares for 500 1000 bucks who has time to call them again and again for such small amount this is their business strategy if 10 people spent 1000 rs and if they need refund how many of them would seriously chase askmebazaar for refunds. Lets say 50% so that means remaining 50% would not bother for 1000 bucks and these 5000 directly going to this fraud askme bazaar. This company should be closed as I saw many complaints against askmebazaar in this forum.

This is the second time im informing this complaint to askmebazaar customer complaint. I have ordered a white samsung powerbank(order no:AB1311968)on1/3/15 by COD and i recieved the product with different colour.So i requested askmebazar for replacement, and reversal pick up date was on 14/3/2015.I waited for 2 weeks, but i didnt get replaced product.Then i called again and customer representative told that only refund will be given and i gave my bank account details.I have waited for 2 weeks and i didnt get refund amount.Again i called after 2 weeks and they assured me that the refund will be done .Again i called after one week and the representative told that refund lag was due to some upgradation problem. But i didnt get my refund.On 14/5/2015 one o[censored]r representative called me and told that they have already put the refund in my account on 4/5/2015.But i havnt yet received my refund that i have checked already, and i havent recieved any transaction details from askmebazaar.
Askme customercare people are telling that they have not refunded due to upgration problem 1 week back and yesterday(14/5/2015) telling that they have already put the refund back into my account.I have not recieved any transaction to my account till now.
Pls take this issue and help me to get my refund back from this fraudulant site.

i have place the order electric pro roti maker but by mistake askmebazzar send me aata maker .
this product is return to askmebazzar last 2 month now still my refund is not revice to me i have already provide the bank detail 2 times
I have purchased the power bank of Rs. 600 samsung make from ask me bazar site and got the duplicate product after 10 days. Immediately complaint was registered with ask me bazar and requested for return of the item.
After many requests they have received the product. Now I am chasing them for refund and no response received.
Recently I have purchased Samsung 9000mah Power bank on 15th Mar and got the Delivery on 2nd Apr 2015. The Product was faulty and seemed to be Fake. I immediately lodged the complaint at your helpdesk on 2nd Apr 2015 itself. After so many follow-ups the product was picked for return. Now I am continuously following for refund but every time your customer care executives replying that it will take week time.
It is not a professional working and cheating with the customers.
I have made ~20 calls to your executives and cost of the calls almost equivalent to the product cost. I am thinking that what will happen if I will purchase costly item from this site.Now we have to think many times to purchase product from this site.
I had purchased a power bank from ask me bazar on 2 april 2015 but not received refund till the date. The company is not in any intension to refund the amount of rs.50
I have ordered a Reebok watch on March 25th, order# AB1798412 and I used my uncle's credit card to pay Rs.299 and the transaction was successful. But the delivery guy took Rs.300 from my friend (in my absence) saying it was a "Cash on delivery" item. I spoke with their CS officers they asked me send a copy of bank statement in order to process refund and I have sent that too. Whenever I call them they try to compromise me saying that I will be receiving my refund within 7-10 biz days. So it is been 2 months and no reply for email contains copy of bank statement. I had ordered a power bank and i received a defect peice. It is almost 2-3 weeks over after I returned the item, but I have not received the refund yet. Whenever i call the customer care, they just keep on saying they will expedite the refund, but nothing happens.
