We were approached by an askme sales executive to sell advertising on their search engine for leads. They were doing a ton of advertisements at the time, so i considered it. I asked them to come back the next day so i would have time to consider my decision. However, they pressurised me into making a payment so they made their sales quota. They also confirmed that unless i confirm during their confirmation call they would not activate the service. I firmly told them that if i did not wish to subscribe after reviewing their service, i would expect a refund, which they confirmed. I have refused the confirmation call several times and requested for a refund, yet they have not shared the refund since october 2015. That is not all, they have also despite my refusal, fraudulently listed my company services on their website, with all incorrect information and refuse to take it down. The wrong information is harming my brand and the listing has not generated a single lead for my company and its services. I would request that stern action be taken against the company and they refund my payment of inr. 50, 000 which they have been delaying since october 2015. The name of my company is ondemand home care pvt. Ltd. And we run an online laundry called dirkdadhobi.com.

I would like to take them to court and get the refund, in addition to all compensation for harassment to us and damaging the reputation of our brand through incorrect representation on their website, without our permission.

Sir, i hav ordered a ceiling fan two times, they cancelled it & Reason out of stock.Today i hav order frm askmegocery order no AG[protected], this order also they cancelled and .reason given out of stock again.They r blocking the customer money fr 7-10 working days.they r cheating the customer by taking order and cancelled.it automatically at the time of delivery.If product is out of stock why they r taking the order.If product is out of stock, they can delay delivery by two to three days .sir they r making fool to consumer.They are earning interest by blocking consumer payment .plz take strict action them

I had placed an order for natural science hairball control in your app for my cat. After placing the order I paid for it through netbanking. The money got withdrawn. I did not get any delivery date confirmation and I had to wait for 10 days to get a message today stating that my order got cancelled because the vendor was to be blamed for it. It also said that my refund will be processed in the next 5-7 days. So in a nutshell, you have taken my money and earned interest on it and delivered nothing to me. Absolutely atrocious app. I am definitely posting this to all my friends and family about your conduct of business. I got no cancellation information before today for the last 10 days. Your business is absolutely fraud and unbelievable. Shame on your management, disgusting to have even placed an order in your app.. You know the marketing mantra, one bad opinion spreads faster than 100 good once. I am definitely going to share my sad experience with my circle .

I was persuaded me to take a platinum listing for one year and i sort of reluctantly signed the one page agreement insisting upon the areas that i was interested in. the cheque got encashed and the very next day the call centre chap read out the agreement and told me the platinum listing was only for three months and that i was registered in the post codes that i was least interested in. after several emails requesting immediate cancellation of my account, i found out when another chap from the office brought me his copie of the agreement which to my shock was four pages long and my signatures were all forged. Their customer support manager accepted the irregularities committed by their salesman and forwarded my refund request to his higher authority. this happened in Dec 2015. Till date they have not refunded my money. I have filed a consumer forum complaint yesterday. i am filing it here to inform the general public about the duplicitous nature of this company's salesmen and the poor customer service post sale

I'm receiving plenty of SMSs from AskMeBazaar with different offers. It is around 25-30 times a day. My request, Can you please inform them to stop sending any SMSs in my cell phone number: +91 [protected] from AskMeBazaar? If I have ever subscribed then please ask them unsubscribed me. I have tried from their website and cannot see any option to unsubscribe SMS. Most of the SMS getting from DM-520402, DM-620401& DM-620402. Receiving very frequently is very disturbing, just want get rid of it. Please help.

It seems that the askme.com cheating the channel partners with out providing any help to sail. More than 10 retailers from Kerala were cheated by this company by collecting huge security deposits. Now we find that more than 20 people all over India were cheated by this company. SO PLEASE DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY WITH ASKME.COM. This is a cheating company. YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY
