Customer Form No: 0030925 Service Form No.: 2014 Service Type: New Customer (Name: Deval Anand) Subscription date: 02.11.14 Company Name: Dr. Sanjana Anand Memorial Dental Clinic & SKS Therapy Centre Address: F-268A, Near Sai Vatika, Dilshad Garden-110095 I took Askme.com's paid service in the month of November 2014 for business leads. The paid services as per the invoice received included: 1. Askme Premium Listing for 1 year 2. Askme Online Ctlg 3. Askme Voice Tenure The agreement was signed for a period of one year. I paid a lump sum amount of INR 7303 (after discount) to Mr. Deepak (Empl id: ND2458) through SBI Cheque dated 03.11.14 for the same. Mr. Deepak agreed to create a profile for our clinic and activate the listing within a week as agreed. Issues: 1. The profile is not yet created and hence no leads received at all. When I tried calling their call centre they took my contact number and asked to wait for 24 hours, but then no one called back. I asked the customer care person to transfer the call to their senior management but they refused to do so. I also sent so many emails but got no reply. I have the chain of emails which I sent as a proof. 2. I received a call from Mr. Pariksheit after few months of subscription to know the feedback about their services. I told him clearly that they have not even created my profile yet which was kind of a surprise to him too. So he took it seriously and asked us to wait for few days and assured us to make our profile. But after few days there was no reply from anyone. I don't want to deal with such a fraud company. I want my refund.

    We have gave Rs 33000 for this purpose and at that time the output is Zero.

      I have order MP3 player(order id AB4754441) and never the product never got delivered to me till now, When i called up customer care, they said the have raised complaint, they will get back to me in 24 hrs, but they never called me. When i asked for refund they said, they cant cancel the order as it is in dispatch state. form past 1 month they are saying the same.

        I have place a order AB4222718 (QRC[protected]Pure It Auto Fill Water Purifier‏ on 23 July 2015. But I have not received it actually I refuse to received that so its return back. But after that i have call to askmebazzar customer care they sad your orders delivered to you as per our system so I ask them to my tracking id[protected]www.getsetred.net). I have also sent mail to them with screen short after tat i have received a call for there customer support they tell me we have refund your amount within 5 working day. But they didn't refund yet please sir help me.

          Mr saurabh saxena and omeshwar kumawat who is employee of askme.com who come every day to my office and said please purchase distributionship of askme.com which i ignore but he everyday come tell please buy so i say i dont know how to sell that product then he told i sell your product dont worry within 40 days. company give you 40 percent incentive . you just buy the product so i purchase the product in bulk of rs 284000 .after 30 days my incentive comes after i asked for remaing amt he told you sell your own product i am not respomsible for anything he now totally changed .i expense for more than 50000rs .i take loan from bank for this purpose i dont need this.please give my money refund . i dont want it. he take money on 22 jun 2015 and agreement made on 15 may. he totally mislead to earn heavy incentive from the company.please sir its my humble request from you to refund my money . which is 118000 which is calculated after

            I have made a order on site ASKMEBAZAAR.COM Having Order No. AB3201360 on 25-may-2015 whose Description Is Given On Attached Files On Attachment having name on Order confirmation. i made a payment of Rs. 1940 on[protected] against this order.But my order is cancelled. because executive said that my order is COD & this Pincode is not Servicable On COD product.But This order is Prepaid Order.I Also sent a Bank Statement in attached file of Amount Deducted. M registered a Complaint many times No. [protected] but there is no satisfactory Responce given to me by ServiCe Executive .I Lastly Registered A complaint HAving No QRC31591382.But there is no credit given by you till this time. So kindly Solve the issue ASAP I made a call to Helpline Around 20 times.but no response is given to me. So Plz Kindly Do the Need full For Refund The Amount.

              Dear Sir/Madam, I had placed 2 orders (ABF2386470 and ABF2386929) for same mobile phones Xiaomi Mi4 64GB Mobile phones on 3rd and 5th August, 2015 by making net banking payment of Rs. 29998 for both mobiles. As the product webpage of the shopping website did not mention any product originality, invoicing and warranty clause (which have been updated after 17th August). So, before placing the order I had confirmed the genuineness, invoicing and Warranty details with the companies customer support ([protected]). I specifically asked them if I fill surely receive 1 years full warranty with Taxed Invoice, on which I was told to be completely relaxed as the product comes with proper invoice and 1 years warranty and askmebazaar do not sell any fake or incomplete product (till now the company did not mention that the product will be seal opened box). Also, if I am not satisfied with the product I have an option to fail a complaint via customer support email ([protected]@askmebazaar.com) which is mentioned on companies website as the ([protected]) customer support do not have authority to accept return complaints and claim refund which shall be given in 5-6 working days. I received both the products on 20th August, 2015 (I took complete video o[censored]nboxing of both mobile phones as proof in case the phone is damaged along with various Images). 1. The phones were seal opened boxes. 2. The warranty I received was only 6 months and which is sellers warranty not manufacturer warranty (Not being manufacturer warranty the company will not provide me free of cost services at it service centres. Both the things were mentioned on the sellers invoice (EMRetail co. Delhi) provided with the products in their boxes. On having spoken to the seller (EMretail) directly, I was told that the seller mentioned every single detail including that the product being seal opened and 6 months warranty to askmebazaar.com. Who, failed to mention it on their website (mistakenly or deliberately). I immediately emailed "[protected]@askmebazaar.com" on 21st August, 2015 (very next day of delivery) about the products condition and warranty along with the invoices, product and their box images and their product webpage screenshot taken while placing the Order on 3rd August which did not mention anything about the product would be seal opened and will come with 6 months warranty only. After having called askmebazaar.com tens of times and emailing them thrice I received 3 calls from different spokesperson on 27th August. Who denied any mistake committed by askmebazaar.com, instead they tried to point out silly mistakes which are totally meaningless and which were never committed by me: 1. Since the product webpage did not mention any warranty clause I should not assume that the phone will have warranty of 1 year and not 6 months. As nothing was mentioned on website how can I assume that the product MUST come with 1 year warranty. On which I replied: A. Before placing the order I had confirmed everything from their customer care and only then I placed the order. B. No mobile phone company offers 6 months warranty. It a natural hardcore fact across the world that If you buy a new original mobile phone with taxed invoice you get 1 years warranty for phone and 6 months warranty for its accessories. 2. As I did not make phone call complaint on ([protected]), my Email complaint do not stand valid. On which I said, "I did as guided by your own customer care service dept. You should check your internal flaws 1st and then try to argue with your rational customer for stupid pointless mistakes that your customers never commit." I told them that I am ready to accept the unsealed phones in the condition I have received. I am only concerned about the phones warranty. I gave them 3 simple options: 1. Grant me complete 1 years manufacturers warranty as promised to me. OR, 2. Grant me complete refund in cash or Bank and then take the phones return. (The refund is to be granted 1st or can be granted simultaneously by courier company while taking back the phone. As I have lost faith in the company and I am completely sure that the company is misleading its customers by giving false information and suppressing facts about the products they sell, and so I am very doubtful if I will receive any refund if I return the phone 1st. Granting refund 1st or simultaneously is not any extraordinary thing to do. All other online shopping companies does it including amazon, ebay, snapdeal, flipkart, etc. They grant refund before picking up the product or even grant it hand to hand. Also, askmebazaar.com has very poor reputation in market. I recently googled for the reviews and learnt that their are thousands of people who have either not received their products or received faulty products, fake products, or have never been granted refund. No positive review of this company exists.). OR, 3. Grant me compensation for only 6 months warranty provided to me, instead of 1 year as was promised to me. The spokespersons have denied all 3 of my option and have failed to communicate since. They have not offered any possible solution to me. I am doubtful if the company will provide me with my money. Instead they are trying to find stupid silly mistakes that I might have committed as an excuse for not providing me my money. I have complied with each and every action I am supposed to comply as a rational customer. Instead, I have done more than that. I have taken complete video o[censored]n-boxing of both the mobile phones, images of box, invoice, and mobile phones and screenshots of their product webpage. I have also sent respective images and screenshots to the company as a proof but they fail to acknowledge the same. The companies internal communication and service system are way too faulty, due to which the innocent customer are suffering. Their customer support fails to receive email and fails to acknowledge any complaint that they have received, they failed to provide me with courier details, Despatch details, seller details. The company has no standards for common public customers and they admit no moral responsibility for mistakes that have committed. After speaking to them Now I am sure that they are doing this deliberately just to maximise their revenue and profits. They do not provide us with vital information about the product and later when we apply with a complaint, they try to take the non provided information as their strength and our weakness. But in my case I have taken care each and every slightest possible detail and have taken all possible actions. askmebazaar.com is a failed company who is looting money from common public my offering fake discounts and offers, suppressing vital information about products, providing false information on their customer suppressing facts and misleading common people. Such company should be imposed with heavy penalty and should be ceased. I request you to kindly take up the matter high as daily more and more people are falling victim to such false on-line shopping websites.               Whats the point of notifying customer support? I thought you would have direct access to get this message to the key managerial personnel. Dont you think I or anybody else who has filed a complaint against askmebazaar wouldnt have tried contacting and filing a complaint at their customer support? They do not respond at their customer support. If you're doing the simple job of transferring this message to customer support then what use are you to us? Isnt that something we can do on our own?

The delivery of the product was made on 25/08/2015 with one set of HomeZaara single bed sheet with pillow cover (COMPLAINT NO. QRC[protected] I had made a complaint regarding it on the same day. Kindly make necessary steps to send another set of HomeZaara single bed sheet with pillow cover or credit the above paid money in my account. I will return the product immediately. Now also the above offer is available on the net. Today I received one message stating that your order is delivered successfully. Already my complaint is incomplete delivery. Kindly reply me through my mail-id.

Refund will be initiated after pick-up within 3-5 working days AskmeBazaar. I have got this message & they picked my repaired product. After 3 to 5 days I called twice and they got my account detail's. I again called them after 5 days. But they said will raise complaint. But still I didn't get my money refund. Please give solution.

                    I placed an order to this cheater company ON 13/05/2015 AT 12:29 P.M. against order ID no. AB2956304 for MI Xiomi power bank 10400 mah. I got duplicate product. I complained against it wide complaint number QRC647021 But till date this cheaters refunded my money. I have mailed them 2-3 times my account numbers and 4 times on telephonic but still no response.

                        Customer support was informed and no response till now. I guess the company is closed already. ANyways it's just a sincere request to everyone getting duped by these kind of companies, Please check the history of a company on consumer complaints portal or any such portals before taking their paid services. Keep posting your feedback on such portals to help others.
                        No call received from Askme Ccare yet. Kindly take appropriate action.
                        Fraud company. I'll sue them. They created my clinic's profile yesterday only and informed that they have completed their task however as per invoice attached they were suppose to provide 3 services which they fail to do so.

                        I want my refund. Kindly help.

                          In last week of June, 2015, I got a call from ASKME, Getit Infomedia (so the initiative came from their side, not from my side) requesting me to meet their executive to upload my profile in ASKME. Accordingly, one of their executives, named SHAUVIK BHATACHARJEE, Phone Number- [protected], called me and met me in my chamber. Finally on 29th June, SHAUVIK BHATTACHARJEE again came to my chamber and I signed the agreement and handed over the money (Rs 7410) in cheque (SBI, 290869, dated 29th June, 2015). he assured me that my profile will be updated within ONE WEEK time. Since that day, I am repeatedly receiving an SMS from the company (today i got 89th SMS!) asking me to send "AGREE FA[protected]" to the number [protected]. I forwarded the same to SHAUVIK BHATTACHARJEE in front of him in my chamber, as he asked to do so. I also forwarded the same to the above mentioned number at least three times ([protected]), last on July 29th, 2015. I have been on regular contact with SHAUVIK BHATTACHARJEE over phone and he is repeatedly saying that my profile would be promoted ''SHORTLY, MAXIMUM ONE-TWO WEEKS TIME". But for last few day, despite calling him over phone for 10 times everyday, HE IS NOT PICKING UP MY PHONE. And my profile has not yet been uploaded in your website, even after passing of near one and half months, while I have fully paid the money as in the deal. I tried to contact Askme customer care in the number [protected] and also sent email to the mailid [protected]@getitinfomedia.com. In return I received only reassurance but nothing actually worked. Neither my profile has been uploaded, nor did they refund my money back.

                            Fake and fraud site…. Guys.. Can you please someone tell me that they returns money or not??? Unfortunately I was placed an order on 8 of July 2015 for Samsung Mobile. Total cost of the mobile is 11393/- and I paid the total amount through online from my credit card. It was for next delivery but I was not received the product. When I called to costumer care they told me that you complain has been registered and out back-end team will call you and they will provide deliver information of your product. Then next day (10 Jul) morning I got a call from their end and she told me that your order is confirmed and you will get the product sooner. I asked her when will I get the product? She told me that I don’t have the information you can contact with our customer care about this. Then after few hours later I called to customer care to ask the information. The costumer care executive told me that your complain is register with us we will deliver your product as soon as possible and at the time I asked do you have any timeline you will deliver it? Then he told me that we don’t have the information, our back end team will call you and they will give you the information. After about an hours I got a call from their side, he told me that this product is out of stock and instead of that mobile they offered me another mobile (Unbelievable). I told him I want the product which I ordered of return my money (it time was 3:25 PM). On 6:55 Pm I got a massage as “Your Next Delivery Order NDD3974761 for Samsung mobile is out for delivery please keep INR 11393/- ready at the time of delivery” (I had already paid the amount through online). Again I called to costumer care for this and they told me that please don’t take the order if the delivery boy will ask for the amount. Around 8 PM I got another massage as “Your Next Delivery Order NDD3974761 for Samsung mobile is returned as per your request, refund will be processed 3-5 working days” (I surprised and I got doubt on these people they are really fake and fraud as I am not cancelled my order so how they will returned). Again I called to customer care, the guy told me that our delivery boy had gone to deliver your order at your home but nobody was there at home hence he returned. (really my brother was at home for the whole day) Finally today (11 Jul) I asked for return my money, they told me that it will take 5-10 working days and again I got a call from their side I asked return my money, he told me that it will take 7-10 working days. The scenarios is that they don’t know exactly how long will take to refund the amount. It been around one month past today is (3rd Aug 2015), daily I am calling to the customer care for the refund. Every time I have noticed that the costumer care guy saying that “our backend team will call back you and they will give the details”. Guys help me out on this, they will return the money or not I don’t know. How can I get my money. :( :( Thank you!

                              To the Person-In-charge Customer Care Department AskmeBazaar.com, 1. I have ordered a HomeZaara Set Of 2 Designer Foldable Storage Stool in price of rs.649/- on but i received HomeZaara 1 Designer Foldable Storage Stool & 1 Laundry Beg in price of rs.599/- which is not required and not ordered by me. 2. It also shows high quality, but is is made of cheapest material, how one can sit on it. Please use it first then sale items it is even not even a hard board it is a paper 3. This negligent act of your company is comes under the deficiency of services which is tryable and punishable under the consumer protection act. 4. This is site i used first time and never will order in future or will not recommend it to anybody. Kindly take your parcel back and refund my money back as soon as possible. It is not only complaint if you will not rectify your error i will file a case in consumer court because it is not a matter of Rs.649 but you are cheating people. Everybody is doing labour to earn money. So please correct your order which you send to me otherwise i will file a case against this site in consumer court.                                 i have placed a order 09/06/15 for a sony power bank but in 15/06/15 askme.com courier person deliver me a product which in packet written sony power bank but inside it is a samsung power bank of low quality with cord or cable and he taken from 650/- rs .when i called the customer care and complained about it and they told me that you return the product we will refund you within 7-10 working days and they took my account details and after 2 days, one person from askme.com come to me and taken from me the product and return it but whenever i called them afterwards to the customer care of askme.comat [protected] they just told me that you just wait and 09/09/15 they told we have refunded but haven't received any money when i told them they again took the complain and told it will be refunded in 7-10 working days but till today i haven't my money back.whenever i called them they just told me to wait.I am totally cheated by ASKME.COM pls help me.I am giving my complain copy in photo proof.

                                  Dear sir, I did put an order on Askme bazar around three months ago . The product was defective so i returned that one. But i haven't received my amount back still now . I i am have called them many times . they say that they have refunded me . But still i have not received . i am fed up now, now what shall i do ? Following are my details complaint code- qrc257410 new complaint code qrc594293 order number - AB 1220730 I am also having all the recordings of customer care executive of askme, some times they say that the refund has been given . and sometimes they say that it will be done in next week . I need compensation for the delay they have done . if any thing can be done . Sir, please let me know .

                                    Iam getting non stop calls from these askme.Com numbers [protected], [protected], [protected]..They are misusing my phone number by giving fake adds on askme.Com wth my mobile number. I try to contact askme.Com but i didnot not found any complaint website or phone numbers on web.. Plz help me from theses askme.Com people.

                                      Hi Team, I had order Branded Power bank 10000mAH on 10 June. I have already paid an amount of 1798/- Rupees through online Banking. The product was to be delivered within 10 working days as per the Askmebazaar.com site. it was delivered to my place Couires Boy But he Demanding Cash on Delivery 1798 /- I have already inform Payment Already Done thru Banking But He Says in our System Showing Cash on Delivery So I talk to Your Customer Care But I am seriously warning you regarding your behavior in dealing with the customers he Ask Please Return the Couirer. I will be forward to Complaints for Reversal for Money but not given the Solution now and I am totally annoyed and confused for your service & Ur Exectives . Kindly Revers the by Amount otherwise I will fired the case in Consumer form for this issue.

                                        Damaged product supplied picked up by company nominated courier on 03.05.2015(pick receipt no. ASR126080 /ASKME.COM AB2294425 ).till 01.06.2015 money not been refunde in cash or credited to bank a/c.Several requests made on helpline no. [protected] but no positive attitude shown on there part.
