Aspirejobz — Is just a fraud

I have been contacted by a guy called rahul who seemed to be polite and confident about his company services, from aspire placement or aspire jobz.
Rahul guaranteed me 100% job interviews if i buy their services, after so many questions from my end tonmake sure that i am using my money in the right place, i have received all kind of answers i was expecting with confirmation by emails as well.
I have received a written agreement mentioning that i pay 800$ now for a re-written professional resume/cv and a cover letter and another 800$ when i will get hired as they assure that i will get job interviews and that within 6 months if i do mot get hired i will get a full refund.
Also they mentioned that at least each month i will receive a minimum of 2 or 3 interviews... I have been redirected to an account manager called ruhi, who is a complete un-professional and she only sent me 1 job for me to approve if i want to pursue application, and that job was irrelevant to my career and my experience and that job was sent to me after i called several times and wrote tons of emails... She was supposed to be my account manager but she told me we applied your resume with bulk of jobs seekers!!! After 4 months of not receiving any job applications feedback nor any job interviews, i decided to consult my lawyer who clearly informed me that they breached the contract and agreement terms and conditions by not providing the services nd that i am eligible to ask for a money redund.
When i did so by email, immediately inreceived call from ruhi to offer me another job which was far from matching my profile or expertise or field... Than i escalated this issue to get to her manager, who apparently called madan, who after several calls and attempts informed me by mail that they do not have a refund policy!!! Staright away i reverted his email to my lawyer who started a series of legal actions: 1- raising a case to international court. 2- raising complaint with proves to federal bureau of fraudulent activities based in dubai, who are extremely professional people and helpful, as they guided us to step 3.
3- we appointed an it expert to identify ip addresses of the so called aspire placement company as well as identifying location of the emails and calls.
4- the fedral bureau of fraudulent activities requested me to contact again the aspire people and ask for a full refund and tell them about the procedures we are making, as a last chance to receive refund, bedore we proceed further into the international court... So far no replies by email nor by phone... And all their phone calls are un-answered...
The bottom line: do not fell for those frauds, i can add also these websites:

And most of these website when you obviously try to search for jobs in gulf... They are all based in india and all frauds, they have different ways to get your money and disappear!!! Watch out people
