Asus — Complain about delay in repairing the product | |||
Hello Sir/ Madam, I am Dr Manish Mishra, MD. This is to inform you that I bought a Google Nexus 7C Tablet through Flipkart on 4th Jun 2014. The product was working fine but in the beginning of this month the screen was just flashing the GOOGLE logo & doing nothing. Finally I gave the product for repair to the following service centre : F1 Info Solutions & Services Pvt Ltd 205, Ashok Bhawan - 93 Nehru Place, New Delhi -110019 I deposited the product on 2nd May (RMA No.- ING2550003, Serial No.- E3OKBC022861) & was told that I will get it back in 5 working days as there is some problem in the hardware. But it has been 17 Days & today again I was told that I have to wait for another week as they don't have the part to be replaced !!! I want to inform you that I am army officer & I am getting posted out of Delhi to a hilly region and it will be very difficult for me to come back here just to collect the product. I would request you to please ensure that I receive back my product immediately in proper working condition or else I want a replacement. I have lot of faith in Google/ Asus as a Brand but the service being provided is beginning to shatter my faith in its products. Request a speedy action to install back my faith.
