Avenues India — amount of rs 6622 got deducted but flight not booked

I was booking flight from cleartrip. The ticket amount of rs. 6622 got debited from my sbi account (Ref no. :[protected]igafnlwk). But i didn't receive any ticket confirmation or trip id via mail or by text. Even when i am logging into my cleartrip account, it's showing there's no trip booked. Please look into the matter with urgency and resolve the issue. I want a refund of the amount deducted as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
