    I am chandrashekar, I am holding the account in the No 01, BEL Housing Society, Barath Nagar, Branch Bangalore My account no is [protected]. There is some transaction in Account that I have not done. I do not no how it is possible that with me and my ATM card and even I have not share my Pin No. But still The money was paid to the AVENUES INDIA PVT LTD MUMBAI . I want the details of the transaction because this transaction is not done by Me, I do not no how the transaction is take place and who is doing this.

    Sir this is big problem to me, so kindly look after this application, If any kind of details please contact Me.       Sir,
      I am Trailokya Bordoloi, a retired Chief Engineer(IT) from a reputed Company(PSU) M/S Oil India Limited. As I am in good health, I placed my resume in Timesjob.com, But I am not getting my suitable jobs. Few months back I got phone calls from a lady and introducing me as resume writer and job provider and approach me for the same. But I did not respond her. On Thursday last another gentlemen contacted me to provide jobs in India and abroad and for that I have to pay some amount. The gentleman was from Delhi by name Mr. Nand Kishore from Times business solutions Limited. He has given me online Current A/c No of ICICI Bank, Noida sector 18 to transfer the sum of Rs 2639 and guided me to proceed for online payment through Debit card( SBI). But due to some problem I could not sure about the forst payment. But i tried for second time. But later I find that two MZ code is created RZ249643 and RZ249625 and payments have been made twice from my SBI accounts. Also note that the amount Rs 2639 has been deducted twice and paid to AVENUES INDIA PVT LTD MUMBAI on 18.2.2011. Later when I contacted Mr. Nand Kishore on the telephone no. o[protected] but his tephone never rings. Also I am trying to contact[protected] , here also some readymade reply comes. I later find that it is supposed to be a fraud and thus they looted peaple. You are requested to look into the matter and see the attached files.

          This is SANDEEP KUMAR U from Bangalore, I have ordered 2 no. of NOKIA C2-00 and used TT1000 discount coupen and Paid Rs.4896 through SBI net banking. all the transaction finished and from back side they said transaction successful. while it comes back to your site it showing transaction failed because you have pressed back space or forward button on browser.
          Really i'm not satisfaction about this. i am using net banking from more than 1 year. i used to pay my all mobile bills on every month through net banking, i used to pay merchant pay (e-bay) or (IRCTC) through net banking only, but i never had this type of fail transaction without my fault. i didn't press any back space or forward or re-fresh button. in my bank statement its already debited Rs.4896 and you people are sending transaction failed.

          I request you yo please refund my amount debited to your acc. or place the order which i done.

                My credit card statement shows the charge of amount Rs. 6960 on 15/5/2011, which never made. 15/05/2011 was a sunday and I was without any system whole day.

                NOt sure how get this corrected. I have contacted my credit card provider and hopefully they will be abel to resolve this.

                But unfortunately the money is yet to be credited in my A/c. Repeated e-mail to your ID [protected]@ccavenue.com proved futile.
                I therefore further request to transfer the money grabed by you immediately othertwise I shall lodge FIR and publish your this fradulant activities to the public at large.

                  Two transactions made with ATM Card No.[protected] were in the name of “Avenue India Pvt Ltd” – Rs. 892.00 of 11.06.11 & Rs. 3098.00 of 01.07.11. These are fictitious and we have no knowledge about these.

                  Immediately we approached the said branch, but result was not satisfactory. The telephone Nos given for immediate action, never ever approachable.

                  We earnestly request your intervention and arrange to recover and credit the amount totaling Rs. 892+3, 098.00 = Rs. 3990 which was deducted without our knowledge and permission. In fact we are not able to keep even the minimum balance as we are apprehensive of further occurrence.

                        First I had booked D8, D9 for that case trnasaction not done properly; but the amount debited from my account through HDFC netbanking. And ticket print out also not came to my mail ID. Pls go through the attachment.

                        After that agin I had booked D6 & D7. For this case transction done properly with ticket print out & also got the mail.

                        Please go throgh the attachment in details .

                        I have already given you the deatils with attachment since 29th sep.

                        Also go through the trail in details for better information.
                        From your side some body confirm that he has receive the attachment details also.
                        After that he told me to purchase another 2- ticket , we will arrange to return with in 48hr.

                        As per CCA Avenues they have not received , but my online tranction shows that 124/- credited to CCA Avenues
                        ( For this you can check the attachment - In MS office 2007 - Excel Format).
                        Also you can contact HDFC bank; at other end HDFC bank's customercare dept. explained that CCA Avenues is responsible for this transaction. for this bank is not responsible.....!!!!!!

                        For this who will responsible I don't know. Every time you both parties make different excuse.....

                        HDFC Bank — cheque not credited

                        I hold an account in Sector 37 Branch of HDFC Bank. Where I deposited a cheque for 2500 Euros drawn on Deutsche Bank on June 1st. I was assures that the amount will be credited to my account in approximately 3 weeks. On 25th June, I checked my balance online and found that the money had arrived and shown as available balance. I issued a cheque on that account but to my horror the cheque bounced. On checking the account I found that the balance was a negative amount as a number of charges had been levied which included foreign currency transaction and bounced cheque and so on.

                        I re-visited the branch on July 2 but the staff there had no clue why the money was “on hold”. They called up some number and the person on the other end of the line told me that he had put the money “on hold” a few hours after it showed as “available balance” on my account and that it was because of “cooling period” which would last another 2 weeks but could not explain it satisfactorily what it was. Later he said he would release the money the same day. The staff of the branch said they would reverse all the charges that very day.

                        One week later still nothing has happened; and I do not get any replies from the bank. It is ridiculous that the bank blocks the money even after it has arrived and does not allow the customer to use what is in effect their money but they charge the customer for it promptly!
                        My check from PF office issued on dated: 25/06/09, but till date i have not received any single ammoun of ruppee in my account. The check no. for the same is 707881.

                                    I recharhed my airtel mobile ([protected]) on 14 Dec 12 at 21:14:16 hrs amount Rs. 50 through Canara bank debit card vide No.[protected] from anenues india private ltd. But till date ( 18 Dec 12) I have not received any amount in my mobile. Please look into the matter and credit the same amount in my mobile

                                    Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

                                    I had tried to recharge my BSNL mobile no. +91-[protected] using recharged on[protected]. The amount of Rs. 30 was debited from my SBI Account no [protected], but was not credited to my mobile. Even I had filed a complaint of it, and I was told that the amount will be reflected back in my account within two business days, but it has been a week and I haven't yet received back the money ( Rs. 30 /-) in my account. Kindly, file my complaint and help me getting back the money as soon as possible.
