When I tried to make payment thro my SBI debit card, Iwas asked to proceed to the INB Avenues payment gateway for the total amt of Rs 1674/-.The transaction did go through, however, the payment was made in favor of INB Avenues pvt ltd instead of Amway India.                       Hello Avenues, I am getting deducted amount from my SBI account since Dec-05-2013, and unfortunately I did not notice. Recently I confused with unnecessary deduction and analysed all my previous transactions and came to know that, there were 60 + transactions which were happened with any amount at any day and it is inconsistent. As of now I got 59 transaction from net banking and total amount is 6948/- which was debited. Now I listed all transactions for complaint on this issue. Please note that I never did online shopping, and only few times I recharged. If I see transaction narration, there is no transaction id or mode details.                               I am surprised to know that Rs.1020.00 has been debited from my SBI A/c due to a faulty transaction. My bank account has debited by Rs.1020.00 in your favour by online transaction from my bank account of SBI as per bank payment details below-

                              28-.[protected]Feb-15) TO TRANSFER-INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd-- CCACB1MDP220IG00QZLOO0 TRANSFER TO 3 1020.00.

                              Please note that the bank has debited the amount of Rs.1020 from my account in your favour which reason i am quite unable to recall today. Still i apprehend it might be in dealing with SNAPDEAL purchase was was a fault transaction. Since the transaction is failed and not credited to the client i.e. Account of SNAPDEAL, my money should be returned to my bank account immediately. But now more than one week is over the amount is not refunded to my account.

                              Why my amount is not refunded to my account as yet, which should be done immediately? Isn't a cheating with the Customers by not refunding the money of failed transaction?

                              Please look into the matter and refund my money immediately without further delay.

                                    On 6th february 2015, I conducted an online SBI transaction worth Rs. 750 to myprivatetutor.com but it was not successful and so far money has not been returned To my account. reference/cheque no was CCACB1KFO7371G00OMDNU3, Transfer to 3. I have tried calling the company but they are insensitive towards customer requests. Please help me getting my money back.
