Ltd Ref No. is CCACK1QUG272IG0AZIRZO4 another deduction exact after 10 days 23-Nov-2015 Rs. 975 deducted and TRANSFER TO INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd Ref No. is CCACK1SQJ553IG0BAQKOD1... I did not made any online transactions then how it deducted my amount...Refund my money back

      Sir,
      In continuation of my previous complaint with ID 1174194 just now I wish to add few more details.
      I have just now received 2 calls from nos 1.[protected](once) and 2.[protected] ( twice) in reply to my complaint raised inconsumer complaints site, asking for my ATM debit card nos which I have refused to share the number which is not at all safe. I said I can give my account no instead, but the person who called me told that he only needs a credit or debit card no for transferring the amount or else he will simply close the complaint. How do you expect anybody to share his or her card no? Is there any other means or way for getting back my money? Let me know.I can not leave it just like this.

      When I was browsing through your FAQ page, at point no 8, it read as
      "8. After I posted my complaint, I received a call asking for my bank/credit card details, what should i do?

      We strongly advice mentioning your contact e-mails instead of phone numbers in your complaints, to avoid fraud calls.

      Remember - provide your phone number ONLY to official company representatives, that will contact you via our website.

      If you have doubts that you've been contacted by an official representative, feel free to contact our support team to make sure.

      Also please be aware that we NEVER contact complaint authors via phone!"

      In such circumstances I have a doubt that the calls that I have received are genuine or fake. So please look into the matter and refund my amount as early as possible. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.Thank you
      Any improvement or response to my complaint? I would like to have refund by means of recharge to my above mentioned mobile . Hope I am not forced to escalate the complaint to higher levels which is eating out my precious time and may result in unnecessary demotivating attitude towards using your valuable site anymore.

        Sir, I was trying to recharge my mobile no [protected] for Rs.220/- on 09.11.2015 through Free charge App and the process was successfully completed and my account was debited for Rs. 220/-. When I tried to check the balance in the mobile, it did not reflect the recharged amount. The reference no is CCACK1PUQ2581GOAYYUVB5. I could not find the above transaction in Freecharge App for the given no also. Kindly do the needful to refund the amount of Rs.220/- as early as possible.             I have done a recharge of rs 150 to activate Ditto TV on my mobile no [protected]. The sum has been deducted from my SBI account [protected] on 2nd November 2015. But the recharge was not done and I am not refunded with the amount till now. My transaction Ref No in SBI is IG0AYAXBF1.So I am requesting the concerned authority to either complete the recharge or refund the money deducted from my SBI account.

                      Dish tv recharge done on 06.10.2015 at 07.17 am
                      then it was informed that site is in maintanence mode.
                      But my account with canara bank[protected] debited for rs 500/-
                      my dish tv account was not recharged.

                      Again i recharged on 06.10.2015 at 09.25 am from the same account for rs 500/-.This was mentioned as successful.

                      I want refund of rs 500/- which was debited at first instance.

                        I hav done the transaction of recharge to free charge but the money is transferred to a venue India pvt ltd but you have not given it to freecharge because they are showing that the payment is pending.When I talk to your executive he said contact frecharge we can't help.so if you are paying or not paying at least take the responsibility or at least explain us properly but you don't want to solve the problem

                          I had paid Rs.450/- as a subscription infavour of Economic and Political Weekly thru INB Avenues India Pvt Ltd gateway on 29.09.2015 from my SBI SB A/c.[protected] and the transaction ref is CCACI1DVT557IG0ATLTZ But unfortunately neither Economic and Political Weekly did not received the said amount nor the sum is refunded in my SB A/c.                                 I did try to add money in my Paytm wallet within last 12 hours and the process went smooth and 190 rupees were deducted from bank. I used SBI Netbanking and wonder as to why the funds were transferred to Avenues India Pvt ltd??? This is the perfect example of Online fraud!
