On 21st Jan 2015 I tried to recharge from Uninor web site through 'INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd 'with 42, it was unsuccessful but my balance got deducted. Trasaction details recorded in my account: TO TRANSFER INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd ref ID:[protected]IG00LZRIL2 TRANSFER TO 3 Email ID:[protected]@gmail.com

I got refund money back, thanks to ConsumerComplaints.in. I got a phone call from the Uninor service center and when i checked my account. they already refunded money. But it took 9 days to take action, even it should be 5 days as specified by the Uninor customer care.

        Dear Sir, On 11/01/2015 at 16:59 hrs I have tried to recharge my Dish TV connection through online. The amount 410/- has been deducted from account, but the recharge is not done.           in u r website Avenues india pvt ltd, u tracked my credit card details and booked (received ) the amount of Rs 9999 /- on 13/01/2015 and the amount of Rs 3999 /-om 13//01/2015, kindly refund the amount back to my credit card, and i already given complaint in CYBER CRIME DEPARTMENT and in hdfc bank, kindly refund the amount back in my credit card, otherwise u have to face the serious problem,

I don't know why these amounts are debited. I contacted Canara Bank authorities but got no answer. I have not done any transaction for this account. [protected], my account got debited by Rs52, However talk time limit did not increase on my airtel account. Kindly look into this matter. Please get me back my money.                             mobile recharge was not successful

                            on 23rd march my airtel mobile no [protected] was recharged for RS 110 . and the money was deducted from my account with reference no IG00TUMKL3.Till today the recharge has not been done so please refund the amount.
