On 21st Jan 2015 I tried to recharge from Uninor web site through 'INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd 'with 42, it was unsuccessful but my balance got deducted.

Complaint marked as Resolved I got refund money back, thanks to ConsumerComplaints.in. I got a phone call from the Uninor service center and when i checked my account. they already refunded money.
But it took 9 days to take action, even it should be 5 days as specified by the Uninor customer care.
Avenues India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
