What you people aiming at. Finding out ways how to humiliate your customers through your recovery team. Please for god sake stop this and give a clear picture about my payment. As per settlement, i need to pay 28000/- rs I want to know how much amount is pending from my side as i want to pay amount by today itself. I paid total 14, 100/- against the settlement. Please let me know the clear image of my settlement because i am fed up from your recovery team. We had puchased a goods on paytm and cancel the same on the same. Afteer cancellation paytm already refunded back to our axis bank debit card. But no response from the bank we are getting the same is not getting credited. Please help us what to do.

I have done transaction through UPI axis pay application, transaction failed but money has been debited from account, axis bank customer care not taking complain immediately.
Then I went Axis Bank Kandivali Branch, They have taken complain but not provide any complain no.
