[Resolved] Axis Bank — Applied for new debit card on 19th july. I have not received my debit card yet. | |||||
I lost my debit card on 19th july. Same day night, i blocked the card by calling customer care and applied for new card and my money got deducted for a new card. After a week i was getting messages from bluedart 'your card has been dispatched and you will get the card by today' for 1 week. But i didnt get any call from bluedart for delivery. Suddenly 3rd august i got a message 'card is delivered to nancy, branch. I called the customercare, they told card is with jp nagar branch and told to contact them. I called to jpnagar branch somany times. They kept telling that 'card is not with them', 'they will call me back' 'they are inquiring about this'. I have opened 2 tickets regarding this issue with customer care by calling many times. But still no resolution. I have not recieved any card. Its been ten years i am using debit, credit cards from other banks. But never faced such situation. Within 2 to 3 days i ll get service from banks. But first time i using axis bank and facing such bad situation. Account with out debit card. How frustrating!!! That to calling customer care guys again and again. Horrible experience!!!
