[Resolved] Axis Bank — auto loan no. alr[protected] | |||
I had made a request no.16808547 date 17.09.18 to axis bank auto loan dept. To waive off bounce charges of rs.590 plus sb a/c branch charges of rs.312.70 i. E. Total rs.902.70 on my emi dated 10.09.18, which was honoured one day late on 11.09.18. I had requested that as this is 1st emi since start of loan in march 2017 that has bounced, you should waive off any charge on this. Also please note that i & my family have many accounts with the bank & we have a very good track record in all the accounts. Till date, all my emis for the said auto loan are honoured on time. I had emailed them again 1 week back because one of their customer care executives had requested me to wait for few months & keep giving my emis on time. If there were no further bounced emis even after 2 completed years, my request might be looked into. But, again they refused to do anything about it. Please note that axis bank themselves also had made an error in charging excess processing fees against this loan, but they only refunded the excess amount, not any penalty, etc.. Etc.. Rs.902.70 charges for 1 day delay in an emi of rs.17890 is exhorbitant!!! And that too, only 1 error in 26 emis till date. And because my savings account is also in their bank, they very conveniently deducted charges as they wished & now they are not ready to waive. Was this information helpful? | |||
