Axis Bank — axis bank fastag blacklisted

Hi,

Below are the details for the account which is currently blacklisted.
Wallet id - [protected]
Etc customer id[protected]

Can anyone help me to get it unblocked?
Else let me know to cancel so i can go ahead and apply for a new fastag account?

Tried contacting the customer care of axis[protected] and hearing a repeated automated message for hours but no one actually attends.

Please help resolving the issue.

ID[protected] on 13/12/2019 12.00 noon through Axis Bank online portal from SBI BANK Debit card. The Transaction Details shows Refund Amount on 16/12/2019 And Refund Amount Within 07 Working Days But yet not refunded please do the needful. Thank you

What the hell, They deducted Rs.5558/- from my a/c as consolidatd charges. PLUST 10% service tax so total it was around 6558/-

Can anybody tell me how to register a complaint to RBI against them?

Pls let me know and i will sue them,
