Not sure whether this is the right place, but the axis bank representatives have really made me upset and frustrated. Regarding loan, they always confirmed that a executive would come to my door and collect the documents, which never happened. Never ever bothered to call and check whether someone actually came. After paid all dues & surrendered my credit card (xxxx9863) in the branch of Devendra Nagar Raipur one year ago, Now sending a FAKE statement for due amount of Rs. 525/- why ? and how it is possible after one year ?

I have Cleared all my outstanding payment of my credit card and requested for NO due Certificate to update my cibil, from past 15days i am followup regarding a letter, but still i dint get a proper respond, in my last chat with Mr.Tousef as promised me tat he as sent for requisition of NDC, so i wil get soft copy of NDC with 2days i.e 26th Monday 2018, now its already wednesday, Kindly solve my problem help me to upgrade my Cibil.
