[Resolved]  Axis Bank — axis direct charges - amount of 885 debited

I called and asked to Axis Customer Support... they are saying that demat account was opened while opening account and they charged 885 as I am now using another broker for trading. If we don't use trading then no charge but if we use another broker for trading then they will charge this money. So if we want to open a demat account with any other broker then first we should confirm whether we are holding any Demat account in Axis without our knowledge.. it's big trap..,

Axis bank deducted 885 rs from my account, without my concern, this is a frodgery, u deduct money without my permission

I have a salary a/c in axis bank noida sector 126 branch, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account. Today (4th april 2020) i got a sms from axis bank informing that rs-885 has been debited from my account for consolidated dp charges. But i didn't buy / sell any stocks from this a/c, so why this dp charged? I demand proper justification with all brake up of dp charge from axis bank. I want to stop this.

I was charged 885/- from my account without a proper reason, i am not a DMAT customer, I was told to drop a mail to [protected]@axisdirect.in but I haven’t received any refund
