Address: 09 HOUSE NO 1515 SECTOR 17C IFFCO CHOWK, GURGAON HARYANA

I have a salary a/c in axis bank gurgaon branch, as informed by bank while opening the account debit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account. Today (4th april 2020) i got a message from axis bank informing that rs.885 has been deducted from my account for consolidated dp charges. But i didn't buy / sell any stocks from this a/c, so why this dp charges deducted from my account? I want proper justification with all brake up of dp charge from axis bank. I need refund of these amount, if not refunded i will close demat account.

But i didn't buy / sell any stocks from this a/c, so why this dp charged? I demand proper justification with all brake up of dp charge from axis bank. I want to stop this.

          Hello team

          I've been using axis bank for almost 3 years now and it's my salaried account too and inspite of complaining them again and again in the month of april (Every year) they always deducted dp charges from my saving account. Today (04/04/2020) again i received a message saying that rupees 885/-have been deducted from my savings account. Please take necessary actions towards them.

          First of all i'm not even aware of what demat account is and why are they deducting money every year.

            Hi,
            I have a salary a/c in axis bank (Anand bazar branch) indore, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account. Today (04/04/2020) i got a sms from axis bank informing that rs-885 has been debited from my account without my knowledge. I think deduction has been done bye axis direct, but i didn't buy / sell any stocks from this a/c, so why this charged? I demand proper justification. I want my money back. Plese help me as soon as possible.

                To whomsoever it may concern,
                I am quite displeased with an unknown deduction of amount
                885 from my axis bank saving account. Last year also amount of 663 was deducted and not reverted back with so many requests. Firstly i never opened a demat account, secondly without my information this transaction should not have happened. If i call axis bank they don't have any solution to this. It is a false transact and i won't let it happen. I never opened a demat account. Please revert back the deduction money. Axis bank is totally disappointing. I mean it. So many hidden charges. Is this why people save their little money and trust banks? I just can't understand.

                    Sir i got a message from axis bank for transaction alert rs. 1699 deducted from credit card. How can you deduct without proper notice and please deactivate eccp assistance service, kindly refund my amount,

                      Hey i have make a payment of rs. 803.7 for cucet examination form and amount will deduct from mya account. I have done my payment through debitcard of axis bank here is the message i found during the amount deduction.

                            Axis bank — refund not reflected

                            Hi i am aratrika sen
                            I have a refund of rs, 11276 from myntra which was processed long back but hasn’t reflected in my account yet.
                            Customer care not supporting
                            Reference number [incident: in[protected]]

                            I had a word with myntra and they have sent me mail regarding the amount being initiated and the reference number.
                            It was processed on 24th march but why isn’t is reflecting in my account. I tried calling customer care but they aren’t supporting.

                                I have Axis Bank Savings Account and today I was charged for dematAccount activation with 955/- even though I have never used Demat account or opened one till date. The payment is made without my authorization. I do not need a Demat account and I want it closed and the charges reversed.

                                  I have received this following sms

                                  Dear customer, mandates reference no: utib[protected] issued to hdfc bank limited with value 65000 and frequency adhoc is received today for processing account number ending with xxxxxxxxxxx7062.in case of any issues please get in touch with your branch.

                                  I have not give any mandate for this amount so kindly resolve the issue same.

                                    Hi axis credit team,

                                    My credit card has an expiry date as 03/20 and now it has expired. But i have not received my credit card yet.
                                    My credit card number was - 5305 6* *9 4485
                                    And my registered email id is - shubho. [protected]@gmail.com

                                    Please help me to resolve this issue and let me know what needs to be done so that i can keep using my credit card.
