I have booked fast tag on 5th january 2020. I have received mail of card details on 07 january 2020. Yet no tracking details given. Helpline number[[protected]] is not useful/only music pays after two ivr option.

My account is debited 260, 260 on 8jan 2020 for no reason, stating adjustment, .already I have raised issue on 3xcess changes debited for 150 on journey date 4jan 2020.

I had applied for fast tag on november 25th, it has been 2 weeks already since i received notification and there appears to be no sign of tag dispatch. Kindly look into the issue. This information is wrong. We dont have any option with vehicle no and also if we enter vehicle no as tracking id it says id is wrong. Please dont fool your customers
