[Resolved] Axis Bank — axis fastag wallet id allotted but not yet received the tag | |||
I had applied for the axis bank fastag on 1st jan 2020 and after successful payment, there was a message window that the tag would be delivered within 7 days. The wallet id was allotted the next day. However, there is no further communication as to when i will be receiving the fastag rfid. The toll free is of no use. I have raised an online service request (Sr[protected] with the axis bank and am still to get a response. Request this be brought to the attention of the authorities concerned in the axis bank. Axis bank fastag supports doesn't revert back at all. I have had 2 different issues with false deductions at toll plaza. Called customer care. They asked to send the details and screenshots in email. I have emailed all details. But Axis fastag support has not yet reverted back with any resolution. It been over 10 days now.

My fastag account is debited wrongly towards some adjustment fee.2 Times first time it was debited 245 & 2 time 35 debited i have called to custtomer care the was no responce
