[Resolved] Axis Bank — behaviour of the employee and knowledge about the work. | |||
My sister went to the axis bank branch raidopur, azamgarh uttar pradesh in post november pre december for the necessary correction in adhaar card (As this is the center for correction and making of adhaar card). The employee named amit who had less knowledge of correcting adhaar, because it was a minor mistake in it. There was an error in card holder name, just one word, and being a minor she did not carry voter id and driving license not even pan card. She had her birth certificate, marksheets and a policy bond also which is enough to prove the mistaken spelling of her name but tat person did not accept it and told her to bring those document following caste certificate (But general category do not need caste certificate and this certicate is used for caste varification) She being very polite told him all the circumstances where he was going wrong but he was telling her also to bring voter card and pan card to make adhaar card. Which is obviously not possible. Mr. Amit has irritated my sister in such a way that she does not want to go the axis bank which before she was planning to open an minor account with axis bank.
