[Resolved]  Axis Bank — complaining about unauthorized deduction from my account by axis bank

Address:#47,U And U PG, 2nd cross, Prashanth Pai lay out, Hope Farm Circle, White Field, Benaluru, Karnataka, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560066

On every month from last 3 months they are deducting rs.118/- from my account with out giving any prior information saying that mandates reference issuing, after deducting the amount. This the third time they have deducted the amount from my account. Why they are charging unnecessary charges when they are not providing any service.. Such worst service i ever have with axis bank.

I have applied for fasttag ion 13 december, , but am yet to receive the fastag yet from axis bank.
I tried to reach the customer care, but not able to reach them.
