Axis Bank — Complaint against employees of Axis Bank, Basti, Uttar Pradesh | |||||
My name is Shakti Singh (Customer ID[protected], Phone: [protected], [protected]) I’ve complaint against the employees of Axis Bank, PLOT NO. 3107 MOHALLA-MURLI JOT IN FRONT OF KOTWALI, Basti, Uttar Pradesh, PIN 272001. Mr. Brijesh Singh, several other employees and the bank manager were pressurizing me to get a Max Life Insurance Policy. When I kept denying, they promised me to give Home Loan and finance my already bought car at 10% interest rate. Still, I was not ready to buy Max Life Insurance Policy because they had done same type of cheating with my mother, Mrs Vineeta Singh (DOB 01/01/1967), by issuing Max Life Insurance policy no[protected] on the pretext of giving her car loan(which I got cancelled after realizing that they've cheated my mother). Mr. Brijesh Singh asked me to visit bank on June 30, 2016 and informed me that the bank manager wanted to talk to me regarding the loan. When I visited the bank, they started forcing me to buy Max Life Insurance policy. Mr. Brijesh Singh, Mr. Khalid and the bank manager said, "Look, today is 30th June and bank quarter is ending. Our work is evaluated for each quarter and we need you to buy this insurance. If you buy this policy, we'll give you home loan and refinance your car at 10% interest rate". After a lot of arguments, I signed on only one page of the document and walked out of the bank without giving them OTP for payment. My Max Life insurance policy number is[protected]. After that, at around 7 pm Mr. Brijesh Singh called me and informed me that my life insurance policy had been issued. Next day on July 1, 2016 Mr. Brijesh Singh (Phone: [protected]) kept calling me to give him OTP for policy premium payment. After believing his lies and for the sake of home loan I gave him OTP. After that Mr. Brijesh Singh informed me that I needed to say "Ok" to everything asked in a confirmation call from Max Life insurance and gave me some other information to say on the confirmation call. Since then 6 months have been passed but they neither gave me home loan nor refinanced my car at 10% interest rate. I complained to Max Life insurance but they did nothing against these people because I had confirmed everything on Confirmation Call from Max Life. I request you to kindly consider following points while addressing my complaint- Policy document was not filled in my presence. They didn't inform me about actual meaning of ECS payment. Mr. Brijesh Singh misguided me at every step. From what to say on confirmation call to home loan. Is there only one signature required to buy a life insurance policy? Because there is only one signature of mine on the policy document.I'm also not sure whether I signed on that particular page or not. Do they have the authority to issue policy without elaborating terms and conditions or at least main features of the policy? I was also misguided about the 15-day free-look period. Me, my mother, my sister, all o[censored]s had priority bank account with Axis bank and really liked Axis bank services, but we're forced to stop banking with Axis bank due to these unethical people. I request respected MD Ms Shikha Sharma to at least take some action against these people. I know it's now impossible to get my money back. It's gone!
