Axis Bank — Credit Card Fraud transaction

Axis dispute no:-[protected].
In my credit card one fraud transaction has happened on[protected]. But this has been resolved after a long time 1.5 years (Consumer forum complaint no:-589116) by the help of consumer form. But they have not updated my cibil score because of this i am not able to get loan in any bank. Because of this i am suffering a lot. I desperately need money for my sisters marriage. If i wont got the loan marriage will be braked. So please help me to resolve this.
