Axis Bank — Credit card not activated

Dear sir/ma'm,

I have received the credit card (Card no. : [protected]) near about 1 month back but unfortunately after repeated trying it has not been activated. I have already reported to your local representative mr. Amit who proactively called me for the new card and the same day i applied for the card after discussion with him. If it requires so many long time a get a normal service from you then what will be the future i am really wondering and what is the value of my instant purchase decision? The two toll free number provided back side of the card ([protected], [protected]), i don't know whether axis is running any puzzle game or patience checking methodology through these. Please let me know if we the customer is always seem to you fool that you put us always in trap.

May i please request you to help me out.

I expect that i need not to go up to consumer forum to get ultimate solution.

Based on the investigation initiated through CRS Reference number: 1511-004851, the disputed transaction is a successful e-commerce transaction done by entering user ID & password available only with the cardholder & authenticated under 2 factor authorization. The transaction has been successfully claimed by the merchant bank. Since these transactions are done in a secure environment where there are no dispute rights & cardholder is liable for the same.
