[Resolved] Axis Bank — Deactivate one assist and refund the money | |||||
I have received a call from Axis Bank yesterday. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my Axis Master Card ending with 7359. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1799 for the same. Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My relationship no. is 189779. I am waiting for confirmation of delation of this service and also refund the money @1799. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I am raghavender reddy and I also faced same issue last year and this before deducting amount I gave cancellation letter in bank then one assist person called me I said I am not interested, dont deduct and amount from my account.
Again this cheating company debited amount.

I receive phone calls from this no - 91 [[protected]] regarding one assist service but i do not accept this service without my approval they deducted money from my account.
So i contacted oneassist customer care couple of times in past few days and requested for cancellation of my membership.
I am totally disappointed with this one assist
