I have been operating a savings bank account with your adyar (Chennai-tamil nadu) branch (Code 082). My customer id is[protected], and account is [protected]. Since opening my account on[protected], as a senior citizen, i was never charged for my debit card. But today i find in my passbook a debit of rs.172.50 towards "dr card charges annual 4688xx". Can you kindly enlighten me on is levy?

      I have used my axis bank ATM at seva vikas sahakari bank ATM, in this case money has deducted but transaction failed, immediately I was post complaint on customer complaint portal. So still money is not refund in my account so please refund my money in my account as soon as possible...

      I have used axis bank debit card at narayan fuel station, mumbai. the amount was deducted twice. i am trying all customer care numbers, but no one is available to report or check the problem. Only IVR is working.no executive is answering the phone.

        I was transaction online purchase in amazon but order not placed and amount is debited from my account on 17/03/2017. when i complain in amazon they provide me refrence number which is 4897322613386400004081 as the amazon is telling that they got refrence number from bank when the money should refund from them.

        So, kindly check and do a needful help as soon as possible.

            Hello, First of all I am not your so called valuable customer and now I am glad that I am not. Just before going to POLICE. i thought i should let you know one big last time that i am completely annoyed from your repetitive phone calls thrice a day for searching some xyz devi. 1st of all i have no idea why you are calling me with some other name. 2ndly after correcting your operator each n everytime I don't know why you are still calling me. Don't you guys have any system update facilities? And i don't know what type of bank calls the wrong persons thrice a day starting from MORNING 8 A.M. You don't have any right to harass people like this. I am going to complain against you guys.
            I will make sure none of my family member goes to your bank in future.
            Good luck with the police.

              Dear Sir / Madam,

              This refers to my free zero balance account with Axis bank for home loan.

              As per statement received to me, I have been charged quarterly Rs. 15 + service tax as consolidated charges for A/c. Please inform the detail of such charges why this type of charges are applicable while I was given free account for home loan holder. Further, I have been also charged yearly Rs. 170 (approx.) for debit card charges even I have not used single time this debit card. This applied ATM charges is very much high compared to other banks. Further, I would also like to inform you that I am using other 2 banks ATM cards i.e. BOB and ICICI since last 6-7 years but I have been never charged a single amount for the account or debit cards. In such scenario, I will prefer banking with BOB and ICICI only.

              Looking to the above, I request you to reimburse all my deducted charges on earliest basis and give confirmation for return mail to not apply any such charges else I would prefer to stop relationship with Axis bank and also will transfer my HOME LOAN to other bank also.

              Please give confirmation per return mail so I can return AXIS bank kit to your branch.

              This refers to my above home loan account with Axis Bank. My current R.O.I is 9.15% while my other colleagues interest rates are reduced up to 8.30% before last 2 months.

              Why my R.O.I. is not revised? I was given assurance to reduce R.O.I. benefit whenever bank's R.O.I. reduces from RBI then why should I pay any extra amount for reducing interest rates in case of floating rate of interest. If I have to pay any extra amount, then I should prefer to transfer my loan to other bank like ICICI, BOB and SBI whose interest rates are lower then yours and even not charging any amount for such cases and also for accounts while here I have to pay account charges and others also.

              I have sent various e-mails between 22.03.2017 to 10.04.2017 and reply received to me on next day to process my request within 5 working days but till date after 20 days passed on but still no any confirmation received for interest rate reduction. Every time I have been given commitment that your request under process but still no any process is completed and no any confirmation received to me.

              You are requested to inform me the correct scenario whether you have processed request of revising interest rate to 8.30% or not. If not, so I can take my further actions with other banks.

              Please revert me positively as early as possible.

                  I have received a call from Axis Bank yesterday. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my Axis Master Card ending with 7359. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1799 for the same.
                  Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My relationship no. is 189779. I am waiting for confirmation of delation of this service and also refund the money @1799....

                  I have taken personal loan from axis bank at Navsari(Gujarat state) branch.
                  I have discussed about personal with Mrs. Heena Chauhan(Navsari axis bank branch) and told her that i need 3 lacks with 2 years of time period and she agreed.after few days my Loan is approved and first installation is deduced according to 5 years time period. I called her she said you can do part payment i will remind you every month i refused her idea and said if you left your job or i am busy then ?

                  When my family members visited Navsari to discuss about this issue at that time she said i have left time period column during agreement. she is contentiously changes her statement and misbehaving badly .
                  Now how to minimize the time period from 5 years to 2 years .

                  Also take some serious against her so next time this condition will repeat with anyone.

                        Hi I am Arun chatterjee .My account is in andal branch, burdwan. (A/c [protected]). On 11 .04.17 I had a call from [protected] and said it was for account verification perpose.
                        After that he told about some health insurance by deposit Rs.5379/- per annum. I was not at all willing to avail that.
                        Without any information i found Rs 5379/- has been deducted frm my account just after that fake call was finished.
                        In this above circumstances i pay to bank to kindly look into the matter and refund that debited ammount to my account and take action against the fraud call.

                          Ome days ago i have recv job opportunity from axis bank mo.                           He says to me that you are selected for axis bank for the post of accoun tant job location nexus tower swaroop nagar kanpur but before joining letter you will be deposit rs. 1000/- on pnb a/c no. [protected] name is alpana singh ifsc code punb0487500. Afetr that he says you have not account in axis bank so that before appointment you will be deposit 3000/- amount on above same bank detail.

                          Finally i say that please take possitive action agst this fraud call mo. No. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected].

                            Customer Care team mentioned it will be returned within 5 working days. Till now the amount is not yet returned.
                            I got my No objection certificate. Customer care is not willing to provide details of Transaction no. Yet to receive my loan statement.

                              I have been applied for debit card from axis bank on 3rd march 2017 until it was not delivered axis bank charged for 575/- i am facing problem since one month to withdrawal money when i called for customer service people not responding properly.
                              I have raised a complaint for same and compliant SR[protected] had been closed without resolving the issue.

                                1. I have informed that for my home loan account, (A/CPHR[protected] I am eligible for the Home loan subsidy of the 2.2L which is provided by the Gov. of India. So, Please tell me when will be applicable to my home loan account ?

                                2. In my home loan, I want to switch to the MCLR rate.
                                Please tell me that I am eligible for that or not ?

                                  Iam Are uday Kumar having Axis Credit card no of [protected] and i had a outstanding balance of 19, 933 and i have made my payments in three instalments which is of 10000 on dec 2016, 9933 ON jan 23 2017, and 100 rupees on 7th feb 2017, I have cleared my total dues and iam waiting for my NOC doc From bank i have called Axis bank customer support they have sent me Duplicate Statement to my mail ID that i have 0 due to bank, But when iam sending a mail from my registered Mail ID, "Iam Getting a Reply Message Of Your not Registered with Axis bank"and cibil score is not updated from bank side still the account is not closed, Please i need help and needed my NOC Doc

                                    Hello, i sandeep kumar, am a account holder of AXIS BANK and had done ATM transaction and asked ATM withdrawal of 10, 000rs on 23/03/17 at 2 30 pm from axis bank ATM at jalandhar. But ATM disbursed 19*500 rupee note instead of 20 notes, and i received 9500 rs cash but when i received message it was showing that i have received 10000 rs . I did complaint about the transaction to nearby bank in 15 mins and i also logged online complaint vide num [protected], both assured me that my money will be returned in next 7 days. but when even after 15 days my money didnt came, i called the online inquiry and asked about it they said my complaint has been closed because according to their verification i have received 10000. So i visited bank today to ask them about it, they also said that i have received amount in full.
                                    Now i havent received the money but how can i prove that ATM did not disburse complete amount. Machine do not speak and No accountable person from bank was there, to whom i can show the gross miscalculation of ATM. Bank has denied my claim and i am standing helpless. No one is sharing transaction detail ie. how much notes are disbursed by ATM as they were from new packet so all were in serial num.

                                    I know amount is small and i am making huge fuss about it but it was my hard earned money. more over bank should be accountable to customers.

                                      I am Saravanan and my account number is [protected]. I had a FD with axis bank and the maturity date was[protected], as I don't want my FD to be overdue, so I have closed it on 21.03.2017, but in your system my account closure date is mentioned as 20.03.2017 whereas I closed on 21.03.2017, 12.00AM, since the system considered it as preclosure an amount of Rs.11835/- interest deducted from my account,

                                      As there was a system bug, I should not be penalised, request you to credit back my amount whatever is debited wrongly.
