I am Saravanan and my account number is [protected]. I had a FD with axis bank and the maturity date was[protected], as I don't want my FD to be overdue, so I have closed it on 21.03.2017, but in your system my account closure date is mentioned as 20.03.2017 whereas I closed on 21.03.2017, 12.00AM, since the system considered it as preclosure an amount of Rs.11835/- interest deducted from my account,

As there was a system bug, I should not be penalised, request you to credit back my amount whatever is debited wrongly.

    Hi,
    I Rini Guin holding a credit card with axis bank, #[protected] wanted to settle down the outstanding amount which is showing in my axis bank app and also said by the collection team kolkata Anand Gupta( a/c market 4th floor, theater road). For around more than six months I am goin on requesting thru mails to settle down my unwanted amount, which shows 19383.04 rs as for some EMI(wich I myself nvr took or bought anythng for EMi) late fee and service tax charges. I called axis bank toll free num and sent mail to customer.[protected]@axisbank.com for the settlement of the amount as I am the only daughter in my 70yrs above old mom dad and I earn 15000 wich I need to pay my rent and electricity bills and daily food. I took this credit card wen I worked for Onprocess Technologies but I dnt hv the job anymore and secondly whike taking the card I was said thre won't b and service taxes neither annual fees will b required. But from the sep/Oct of 2016 all of a sudden an lump of amount without my knowning got outstanding for some EMI, I called customer care they said the EMI has being cancelled. But still thre is an EMI other than my principal amount is goin on increasing for late fees and service taxes.
    On 17th March 2017 one of the collection team officer named Anand Gupta called me asking for 2250rs for not letting axis bank blacklisting my pan card and phn# for future reference and he promised tat aftr he receives the amount he wud remove the lien marked in my account and he will spk to ban for settlemen procedure from my end. But all are false promises, as per Anand Gupta's instruction I paid the amount and sent a mail copying Anand GUPTA and customer.[protected]@axis bank. Com but there is no progress, evry month statement comes showing the amount of late fee and service taxes is being added.
    I'm a mideocar family gal earning to support my family for 2 times of meal seating for to settle down the overdue by paying 3000 to max 5000rs and release the card without further harassment.

    4 days ago I recieved a mail from customer support dept stating Dear Ms. Guin Thank you for your email.
    I understand you wish to avail a settlement for the outstanding balance on your credit card. Unfortunately we are unable to settle your outstanding, due to lien marked on your account. Please pay the outstanding amount of Rs. 18, 482.86 on your credit card to avoid further financial charges.

    This emails are not helping me to settle the amount asap instead it's getting more delayed so tat the amount goes higher and they can charge me a huge lump some of money.
    Please I request to approve the settlement amount so tat I can release the card aftr paying 3000 or max 5000rs.

    We have seized using your MY ZONE credit cards bearing no [protected] in the name of Jayanti Ghosh and [protected] in the name of Anup Kanti Ghosh for over one year and requested your bank to cancel/invalidate the cards as because we were not satisfied with your service. I had gone to submit application for cancellation of validity of the cards to your Thakurpukur branch but was told by the officials that cancellation has to be done on line. Accordingly I wrote on line for cancellation of the cards and got a phone call from your office asking for confirmation which was duly confirmed. A couple of days ago I received a sms saying that my/our cards being upgraded which will be effected from 01.05.2019. My/our question is why you have not acted as per our request for cancellation made by me/us and still you continue sending me/us communications in this regard. I/we are not interested to keep your credit cards and pay penalty for no fault on our side. Kindly treat this mail as our further application for cancellation and invalidation of the credit cards as mentioned hereinabove with immediate effect.

      There is a member of staff in this branch as i informed below from which i always get my money into my travel currency card every month that my parents send me . it used to be transferred within an hour when another person was in his place . now whenever my parent sends me money it is taking more than 5 days and the reason every-time he says is 'demonetization' . i wonder how many days is this demonetization is still going on . i have my friends using this same kind of accounts and they are getting their respective amount of dollars within an hour when deposited in India . i wonder how did axis hire such ignorant as employees .his name is surender please do something about him

        The govt encouraging people to use less cash as much as possible.Also encouraging to use debit card for purchasing any thing.But not disclosed the charged debited by bank from the customer for using such purchases.On 31/03/17 the axis bank debited amount for use of debit card for purchasing at shop.
        Please kindly clarify in which way the govt collect the tax from lower and middle class people .

              Hi,

              Myself Bhavin Nagda, I have taken an Home Loan from Axis Bank.
              I am a PRIORITY customer

              Now from past 2 weeks I am looking for Top Up Loan from The Axis Bank. I mentioned that it was very urgent for me.I firstly Called My old Agent, Named KISHOR PACHPOR on 1st April. He said he is on leave but he will check with someone and will let me know.
              He never did that. I then visited the branch on my own and asked the front help desk person to arrange some executive. I met a guy who was giving me explanation for the Top Up Loan who doesn't even know how many zeroes are there in Lacs. SInce no other person was available over there.He was not able to explain me properly. I left for the day since I was getting late for the office.

              On the same or other I contacted the Customer Service Center for helping me arrange the executive for the Top Up Loan and I said it is urgent for me.. So kindly arrange the call on next day morning itself, So that everything is processed faster, since i was ready with all my documents.
              But on next morning I didnt got a call from Thane Hariniwas Circle Branch, which i was supposed to get. So I called up the Thane Branch and asked them to arrange the executive. So I spoked with an executive named SACHIN SURYAVANSHI, he said he need to check the valuation of my property and he will let me know by 3 pm.

              After sometime at around noon time I got a call from an executive named CHETAN SURVADE for the Top Up Loan. I said him, that I am already speaking with SACHIN SURYAVANSHI who is handling my case so I dont want to create any confusion, so better I speak to him only. He said we are from the same branch so we will internally handle this and you speak to me for your Top Up Loan. I said that please make sure then, I speak to only you and do not want multiple points of contact.

              I called up SACHIN SURYAVANSHI at 3 for checking the Valuation part. He said he will let me know by 4:30 pm. From 4:30 pm till the next day morning I have called SACHIN and CHETAN together total of 33 calls and approx 8-10 long messages (I have the proof for the same).

              BUT ALL MY EFFORTS WERE WASTE. I DIDNT GOT ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM.

              I called up customer care on next day and explained all my problem which took at least half an hour, they said they have forwarded my query and will arrange a call from Thane Hariniwas Circle Branch asap. But did not got any call from them.

              So I called up customer care again and repeated the entire problem again. Again I did not got any call from the Hariniwas Circle branch.

              In the meanwhile i dropped couple of messages to KISHOR PACHPOR also and requested him to make some proper executive available for me since he himself was on leave.
              I explained him that it was very urgent and said that non of their executive are responding to me.
              All he was supposed to do is forward my number to executive so i could process my things faster. But he didn't even bother to do that as well. Unexpected.

              Kishor said he will be available on 10th April. On the night of 9th April I reminded him about my case, and requested him to take it on priority. He didnot responded to it.
              Today on 10th April he is not picking my phone.

              I wanted a Top Up loan amount of 9 Lacs, but i then I came to knew i am eligible for only 5, 10, 000 Rs (10% of Original Loan Amount).

              I NEED TO UNDERSTAND JUST BECAUSE THE LOAN AMOUNT IS SMALL AND THE AGENTS WILL GET LESS COMMISSION FOR IT, THEY ARE NOT SHOWING ANY INTEREST?
              ARE THEY LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER ONCE THEY SELL HOME LOAN?
              IS THERE NOTHING CALLED AS AFTER SALES SERVICE IN YOUR BANK?
              DON'T THE EXECUTIVE UNDERSTAND WHAT IS THE FRUSTRATION LEVEL IS THE CUSTOMER GOING THROUGH?

              I HAVE EXPERIENCED A MISERABLE, ANNOYABLE, DISAPPOINTING, IRRITATING AND PATHETIC SERVICE IN LAST 10 DAYS.

              ITS 10 DAYS TILL NOW, AND I STILL DONT KNOW WHETHER I WILL GET A CALL OR NOT?

                Dear,
                I have done transaction of 10000/- on 20.02.2017 at non axis bank ATM at narasannapeta ( srikakulam ) and due to non availability of money at ATM I didn't get the money but money has been debited from my account. I complained the same to the concerned bank and they said that money will be credited to the bank with in the same day. Even I complained at axis bank at white field main road branch ( complaint number:[protected] but money is not credited to my bank so far. kindly take an action.

                Dear Mr. Murthy,

                I apologize for the delay in replying to your query.

                As per the confirmation received from the concern department stated, The said transaction has been represented by other bank as successful withdrawal. We have again taken up the matter on dated 07.03.2017. As per network rules other bank has to respond y our bank within 17 days. If they fail to do so within the prescribed time frame then we will transfer the funds to the cardholders account after the expiry of said time limit.

                    This is Vamsi Krishna here.. I have done a transaction using my Axis bank burgundy card in DBS bank mobile application for topping up funds. Unfortunately due to some server issue money was not credited to my DBS account, but amount got deducted from my Axis bank account.

                    I have raised a complaint in Axis bank as well as DBS bank but they are unable to help me out in this case.

                    Later i have mailed to Payment gateway (Bill desk) and explained them whole thing that was happened. Then they have checked the details and updated me that on 27 March 2017 the transaction got cancelled and a refund has been initiated from their end to my source bank (Axis bank) and asked me to wait for 5-7 working days to reflect money into my account.

                    Its been 10 working days and the money still not yet received and again i contacted Bill desk for the delay. Then they have given me ARN number from which we can track the payment where exactly it was. But when i am asking Axis bank guys to track the transaction using this ARN they were unable to track and saying that they cant check ARN in their system.

                    Later they have sent a mail to dispute team to check the status even then there is no update till now.

                    The amount is for medical emergency purpose. I kindly request you guys to check where the amount got stuck and credit back the same funds into my Axis bank account at the earliest.

                    Iam attaching all the details below. So please have a look and do the needful.

                      Credit Card Payment not reflecting.

                      I made a payment of Rs.10, 000 on 5th April 2017 using the online payment option for my credit card. I did not receive any SMS or any type of confirmation so I called the customer care to which they replied that the payment will reflect in 2 working days. The payment is still not reflecting neither on the app nor online.

                      Yesterday was the 3rd working day and I am still not able to see the payment reflecting.

                      Sir, I tried to withdraw Rs.2000/- from ATM at Banapur, Odisha using my Allahabad Bank RuPay debit card on 09.04.2017 at about 10.33 AM. After detail process there was no amount disbursed and a slip with record No.2262 shown that the Transaction Declined Unable to Process. But Rs.2000/- debited from my Allahabad A/c.                       I applied for home loan in axis bank only bcoz they told it has fastest processing. But for loan sanction they took more than a month and just for the part disbursement they took a month. Other banks are far better then this useless one. I regret getting loan from axis bank and I don't advice any of my friends to take loan from this bank.

                        I am working as a tax consultant for 6 yrs and also have 23 yrs of experience in the finance department of construction industry, uptill now i was refering cases to axis through dsa, but now i have a satisfactory flow of business and hence i approached your bank for dsa for home & mortgage loan enrollment, but your officers are treating me like useless commodity since 10th march 2017 they dont reply to my querries nor do they call me on their own.                             Hi.
                            I was using Axis bank credit card No.[protected]. On 7th February 2017 someone has misused by Rs.8303. When I received the statement I came to know the same and blocked the card and sent dispute form. But I received a letter stating that I had to block the card within 7days. And the dispute has rejected. Due to oversight the transaction was not come to my knowledge.
                            Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                              Hi Sir/Madam,

                              This is regarding to pathetic services from Axis bank and wrong commitment. I had saving account in Axis Bank for 3 years and closed it because there were lot of problems with this bank.

                              Now i had open my current account in this bank because my CA suggest me for the same. They promised me to open my account in 7 days and took more than 60 days open it and cut 560 for the cheque book and card issued but at the time of opening they told charges will apply in the end of the year.

                              in the meanwhile i applied in other bank and successfully open my current account. when i told them please close it immediately because now i dont need it. they refuse to close it and balance went in negative -36 now after two months it became -2100 so please resolve my problem. i want to close it as soon as possible.

                                My name is Rahul Bagde.I have debit & credit card of Axis Bank.My credit card no.is [protected].For paying my overdue payment through sms payment of credit card for Rs.5622/- I had call to your customer service on dated 07.04.17 at 6:30 PM and your officer gave me a wrong information that I can pay all 5622 in single day by 02 sms.My first sms payment of Rs.4900/- was succed but another sms of Rs.722/- was unsuccessful.If he told me the reality than I pay only min due payment.But due to his wrong information I m suffering because 07.04.17 was last date of payment and for remaining 722/- you will apply the interest at next bill.I had paid more than min due payment but only for 722/- Rs.I will pay the interest.This is bad practice of Axis Bank for recovery of payment.I m not satisfied with Axis Bank.Please take the necessary action on this matter.It is not a question of 200 Rs.but matter is the reputation of Axis Bank.

                                  I made transaction of INR 1259 on PayTM (under the order: [protected]) on 19 Mar '17 and cancelled the order on 20 Mar '17. Whereas after 7 days I raised complaint because amount was not credited to my axis bank account.

                                  I received an email from PayTM stating "Amount INR 1259 (Wallet - INR 0.81 &Bank - INR 1258.19} has been refunded on 20/03/2017. Please note that Paytm initiates the refund to Paytm wallet and bank/ source card immediately. However, depending on your bank process, your bank takes 7-14 days to credit the amount in your account."

                                  It has been approximately 20 Days but not even singe INR is credited to my bank account.
                                  Could you please check the issue with transaction.

                                  I have booked train tickets on 26 th March 21, but irctc has failed to Booking the tickets, at the time only money is refunded from the paytm, but not credited in my axis bank account, i.e, I've booked the tickets using my axis bank debit card

                                  Please tell me how much time it will take to credit the amount in my account

                                    I want to apply for a loan so i booked appointment on 7/4/17 at 10 AM. They told before reaching you out we will inform you.I did not get any call between that appointed time and after i got a message and i called to that number then i understood the number is from axis bank representative, He told be ready with all the documents and he will come and collect the documents but he didn't came and when i called him back he told he will inform me in 30 minutes but no call back from him and if i called him back he is not receiving my call, Please do the need full
