[Resolved] Axis Bank — debit interest need to be reversed | |||
Hi, My last bill amount for credit card was approximately 37000. I had paid 35000 before my next bill generated date. I thought i have paid my entire bill before the due date. Once after my new bill was generated i had payed 2000 rupees. But i have received a debit interest for that 20000. Kindly reverse the amount. Another issue is my friend unknowingly swipped my credit card in atm. I received a cash fee of rupees 500 for that.
