[Resolved] Axis Bank — Denying emi facility which was already availed | |||||
I had purchased a product from amazon through axis bank credit card with the option of emi. However, on 19th april 2016 i received a message from axis bank that my monthly statement is generated and i was surprisingly charged for the full amount and not for the emi. So i had contacted axis bank through email. Upon which they confirmed that i had previously opted for emi but not yet provided the same. So they asked me whether i wish to now opt for emi. Upon which i gave my consent. However, next moment i received a email from axis bank stating that i don't have the facility of emi and therefore need to pay in full. Axis bank reference no.[protected] Kindly provide relief from such acts from axis asap. Also giving the email conversation between me and axis bank. Hi, My issue is regarding the credit card (My zone credit card) linked to his Email account. Today, i received a message from axis bank that my statement has generated For the month. During the month, i had only 1 transaction with amazon. The transaction was done with the option of emi facility. Order no. - [protected] However, the statement doesn t reflect the same.
