Axis Bank — Documents not received | |||
Hi, I have placed a request to get the ‘List of Documents’ submitted along with the Home Load taken 3 years back. This was very urgent and it is clearly mentioned in the call with your customer care executive. She said I shall get the documents in 15 days of time from the date of request raised. The request no was 8448277 and the expected date of delivery was 8th of July 2016. I haven’t received any intimation so far and contacted the Axis Bank Customer care and they have given the courier tracking no [protected] with Blue Dart. When contacted blue dart (Tripunithura, Kochi) they said, the bank had not provided the sufficient information to deliver the courier such as Mobile No, Postal Address etc., This is not the first incident happens through Blue Dart and raised the complaint earlier also. I can’t understand why Axis Bank still depend upon Blue Dart where their service is utter waste and they don’t have any responsibility to the job they are doing. I am desperately looking for the documents since it is very important and urgent. Please do the needful to get it done asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
