[Resolved] Axis Bank — fastag has not yet received | |||
I have apply for fastag on 3rd dec 2019. I even got confirmation about fastag will get dispatched with in 7 working days which means i should received my fastag latest by 11th dec 2019. But still i have not received the same. I got msg from axis about my fastag has been dispatched on 10th dec 2019. When i tried to checked on bluedart courier site with my vehicle registration number as ref. No. There also i did not got any info. I had applied and paid necessary amount for obtaining Axis bank Fastag. Payment acknowledged, and fastag ID: [protected] given. Promised that the fastag will be delivered in 7 days but not received yet. I have written to customer support dedicated to fastag by email and tried contacting them by phone, there is no response yet.
