[Resolved]  Axis Bank — fastag no receipt till date

Fastag with the below details is not recd till date. No response from axis bank.

It is almost 4 weeks, since wallet id & customer id is provided. All the sr's raised in the website are simply closed with no proper remarks.

Also email's are sent thrice at etc. [protected]@axisbank.com.. Every time an auto response is received with interaction id. It clearly shows the negligence from support end and no attention or urgency from the bank.

Clearly disappointed and further request axis bank in closing the fastag and returning the money paid.

I booked fastag online through axis Bank on 30th nov, 19 I also made necessary payment. I have received the message that I will receive my fastag with in 7 days but I have not received it till date. My lead id for the same is[protected]. Kindly look at the matter and do the necessary arrangements to deliver it fast

I ordered fastag on 5 December 2019 but didn't receive yet.
In how many days will it be delivered?
And what is my bluedart awb number?
I didn't receive in message.

This compaint is regarding axis bank fast tag. There is issue of non receiving physical tag.
I had applied for fast tag on 28 nov 2019. It was mentioned that tag will be received within 7 working days from date of appliction. But till today i didn't received tag in physical form. I got mail with wallet id and etc customer id.
