Axis Bank — fastag not delivered on time | |
I have applied for axis fastag on 14dec2019. I got a notification that it will ve delivered in a week. However i have not received it. I have called 24*7 customer support. I was informed that fastag eas not dispatched yet. I have raised a complaint and sent email to etc. [protected]@axis.com. They have provided me bluedart track link and my pod number and informed that i can track it there. But when i checked it showed that no record is present. I have again sent email and then i got reply that fastag is not dispatched yet and not processed due to increase in demand. But initially they gave me pod number for tracking which was false information. Ifwe makeany late payment banks will fine us with extra charges. Does this not apply to banks. They have deducted money, provided notification of delivery in 7 days, provided false information and finally not even processed the request even after 11 days of application. When i have called the 24*7 support, the only response i got is mail to [protected]@axis .com. They made me to wait for 25 minutes and this is the response i got. I dont understand what is the use of customer support by getting this response. This is the worst service we have seen from Axis. I have already sent mail. But there will be no reply from them
