[Resolved] Axis Bank — fastag not received even after 10-12 days | |||
Dear axis bank, I did apply for fastag through axis bank (Unfortunately) on 5th december, 2019 and received a message on 10th mentioning card had dispatched. None of the customer care numbers work anytime. One day i was lucky enough to get connected to ivr system for 20 minutes to speak with customer care executive. What kind of service is this? But everyday i get a message asking to recharge the amount as it has a low balance of 0. Kindly help get my fastag delivered at the earliest as i failed to track it in bluedart website with my vehicle number. Was this information helpful? | |||
