Axis Bank — fastag not received even after making payment | |
I have booked fastag on 15th dec but still i haven't received it. I have paid the charges for the fastag while booking. Please deliver at the earliest or else give me the interest money on my 400rs which you are using since last 20 days. You simply cannot use my money without giving me the necessary service as agreed by you on your website. Take this very seriously else i will file a complaint in rbi against you. If you are unable to provide the fastag then refund my money with interest to me at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |
