[Resolved] Axis Bank — fastag not yet received | |
I had placed a request for fastag on the website of axis bank. I had made the required payment on 02.12.2019 of rs. 200. I received an sms from axis bank stating that the fastag would be dispatched within 7 working days. It has been close to 10 working days now. However, i have neither received the tag nor have i received any tracking details. Wallet id has been received. Fastag has not yet been received. Please help! Dec 20, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Received the FASTag on 19-12-2019. The only concern that lies is why was there no update from AXIS Bank directly regarding the Status of the application? Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
