[Resolved] Axis Bank — fastag ordered but haven't received yet | |||
I had ordered fastag via axis bank and received a confirmation email on 4 december of order placed. We were told that we'd receive it within 7 working days but haven't received it yet. We checked via blue dart and they showed that our vrn hadn't been registered yet. The etc customer id is[protected]. Kindly respond with details on whether fastag has ben dispatched or not along with tracking info. Was this information helpful? | |||
