Axis Bank — fastag ordered, payment done but not received

I have ordered toll fastag from axis bank site and made the payment. Received a confirmation sms and email from bank that my axis bank fastag services registration done and your fastag account no : [protected], soon the card will be delivered at my house address. But till now no updates and even bluedart courier service also don't have any information for tracking the fasttag card. Please help...
