[Resolved] Axis Bank — fastag problems | |
Sir, As per the advertisement from axis bank, i have registered my fastag id from them on 26.12.2019. As per them, i should receive my fastag id within 7 days that is by 02.01.2020. But till date it was not received. When called on customer care, there is no proper response and no direct contact about fastag. They are unable to track the status and asking to register a complaint by sending an email attaching rc and vehicle number so that they will raise a complaint and track with blue dart (Never delivered products on time). After uploading of rc and vehicle number only fastag was allocated then why should i again send??? If you people are not able give proper services, just refund the amount to us and shut down your services. Was this information helpful? | |
