Axis Bank — fastag sticker is not received from axis bank. | |||
I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is very wurst, because can't speak with anybody. There is no provision for tracking & response also is not good. There is no response if sent the e-mail also. Wallet id : [protected] Etc customer id is[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

[protected] chaukadi toll plaza they charged as vehicle type 5 but I have swift dzire car which is registered as vehicle type 4 . kindly don't do this type of fraud with customer and reverse my amount I am submitting my RC and car photos I have received a mail regarding black list of my fastag

The amount was transferred from HDFC account to Axis account of Rs.9500 on 29th Dec'19 but wasn't credited into my account as it is showing as it will be credited/displayed after 3 working days could you please credit the amount as soon as possible
