Wrong Debit of Fastag not resolved so far Sir I am sending this email after various unsuccessful trials of sending emails and service requests. My valet id is [protected] Vehicle is Innova which is VC4 as per classification but charged as VC 7 on 09.11.19 at Trichur toll plaza Action Id 99389564 is tagged for my email complaint Service request closed without resolving the problem- SR[protected] Not able to attachScanned copy of grievance form is attached Please help in resolving the issue I have not updated the Fastag Vallet after this issue.
