[Resolved]  Axis Bank — Have put my name in cibil for a disputed lost card

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka, 560035
Website:axis bank

Hi all,

This is regarding the email chain below, the matter is still not resolved and i came to know my name is in cibil due to the lost axis bank card.

They have already taken more money than what was due, as i by mistake made the payment to my lost blocked card and they did not even reverse the amount and instead put my name in cibil. I need help.

Regards
Kalpana koul

hi balaji,

the purpose of this email chain is that i have not got any replies from mahendra after the email which stated that the dispute is under investigation.

since my card is lost and in the disputed state, i am not liable for any payments until the case is resolved.
there has been no comminication from you since the disputed forms are sent across and its been a year now... I have no updates from you guys...

i had my credit card linked to my hdfc and by mistake i have been making the payments thinking its my saving account. I request you to reverse the amount of 30000 i have made towards the card which is lost.

as per the law,
during the credit card dispute process investigation, customer will not be required to make payments or pay finance charges on the purchase (S) in question.

charges cannot be incurred to the credit card company without even mailing the statement.

i request you to reverse the amount asap to avoid taking it further legally.

there has been no miss from my end except that by mistake i transferred it to the credit card in disputed state.
i hope you believe that no one will transfer money to the credit card which is in disputed state and there has been no communication from your end about the same... My grandpa expired yesterday had to sent money home urgently... I would appreciate if you can help me reversing the transaction which was done by mistake

thanks and regards
kalpana

hi mahendra,

i dont undesrtand why you guys are bothering me with your calls. I have made the last payment of rs 18319 as told by you, what else is required??
this is disgusting that you people dont have ettiquette to speak to your customers, giving threatening calls and when you people yourself are at fault.
i have lost my card long back and it was reported the same day, i lost my card.. Infact send the disputed forms too... You expect me to pay the money for the transaction which was fraud.
i have all the email communications with the axis bank... I have been telling and sending you emails to close the matter and when i made the last payment to you mr mahendra, you assured that it will be the last payment i am making and i will be issued a new card.

how to trust you people after doing the things being told??

i would take this matter to the higher authorities if i am being charged inspite of raising request, sending disputed forms on time.

regards,
kalpana
