[Resolved] Axis Bank — Home loan emi

I have taken a home loan from your bank with loan account number PHR[protected] my first instalment was automatically debited from my account but second instalment was not automatically debited from my account. I want to know the reason of this incident with full proof so I came to know that why this happened and whose fault is in this case because I want to take action against that person legally recently I have submitted a cheque of 18009 INR oriental bank of commerce Sharda nagar Kanpur having cheque no. 029696 in Gurdev branch of axis bank ltd Kanpur Uttar Pradesh
