Axis Bank — IMPS Failure - Money lost in the virtual space | |||||
I made a transaction of INR.13000 /- IMPS from my Axis Account to SBI Account now there is no idea where the money has gone. The smart Phone Banking officer has no explanation to give other than apologising and telling me that money will be credited back in 3-5 working days. I have booked two tickets from my Axis bank account, one of which is through paytmag gateway.I have not got the refund of the amount.the status and transaction details were provided in the attachment.kindly look into this matter at a speed pace.
