Axis Bank — imps transaction not credited in beneficiary account and debited from account.

I have made imps transaction on 09 th february 2018 for the amount rs.23800 from my axis account to sbi account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.
I contacted axis bank customer care, but no use.

i redeem the axis bank offers since 5 day back but iam not recived any of this offers my benton id [protected] one of the delivery guy call to me and ask my house adress i told my adress but he was not delivery to my house adress and he was not recive my call also please solve this problem
