Axis Bank — KYC Document Updation | |||
I have a savings account in Axis Bank, Golpark, Kolkata. My account has been debit frozen for last 2 weeks siting KyC document updation. Account was frozen most probably on 19-20 Dec 2016, which I was not even informed. 23rd Dec 2016 I went to bank submitted my KYC papers. There was no change in any KYC information. I was told that my PAN card is not updated. Filledup form for the same. Later I found out it in online account that it was already updated. It is 2 weeks now, I do not have a single money to pay bills and pay for doctor fees and other daily chores.All cheques are getting dishonoured and wednesday I am to relocate out from my city for job purpose.
