Axis Bank — Lien put on salary account

Updated by milind_aanand In this covid situation, its utterly inhuman to recover 46000 amount of credit card by putting lien on salary account. Please remove lien immediately as i have no money left with me. Crefit card dues i will pay on 3rd october 2020. Two times i already informed customer care, but still lien was put. Please remove lien immediately, as i am a regular customer of axis bank from past 12 years and i have a very good cibil score for proof. Expect immediate resolution

Updated by milind_aanand Please remove lien immediately of 46000 as I have no money left with me all my salary got stuck. Still supreme court has to give the verdict on interest charges and Moratorium, before that only LIEN was put, immediately remove it, it is illegal

Updated by milind_aanand Lien put of 46, 000 inspite of supreme court clearly telling banks to extend moratorium till 28th september and not to levy interest on interest till final judgement. The bank not only overruled the judgement, but put lien of 46, 000/- on my salary account, and my salary got stuck and no money left for purchase of household items. This is utter cheating and backstabbing by axis bank. Please remove lien immediately otherwise i will close all ties with the bank and not refer this bank to anyone in future.
