[Resolved] Axis Bank — Loss of 20k due to service issue | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I had opened the salary account in Axis when i had joined Axis Bank in the name shoba Raju H later in 2016 i resigned the kob and joined icici bank. I had given the request for closer but the same was not process by the bank. Recently i got a credit of RS 20000 from LIC towards my Insurance policy to the Axis account but the same was not able to withdrawn since the account was in dormancy status when i gave the request to the nearest Axis bank Dharwad with name changes they denaied the same and didn't accept my Marriage Certificate for name changed saying its not valid document. Later i did the name change from Hubli branch and submitted the accont closer at dharwad which is still pending and the amount of rs 13k is taken towards charges. Eventhough after following up from almost 15-20 Days. Now they say the request is pending at home branch which is bangalore.. I had personally called, msg and requested on urgent processing since i had some medical emergencies at home.. now the whole amount of 20k had been taken as charges... Need clarification and reversal of the amount as i have worked for the bank for 9years i have served the bank for 9years in different locatin and different verticals.
