[Resolved]  Axis Bank — misbehave in branch

Address:Unnao city branch, Unnao, Uttar Pradesh, 209801

I am an existing customer of your esteemed bank at the unnao city branch. Bearing current account [protected]. I have been associated with the bank for a long time now and i consider myself as a loyal customer of your bank since i do all of my banking transactions through your bank.
I am lodging this complaint very dishearteningly against one off the staff of your bank. His name in last indra prakash post operation manager. For some query he ask me you are illiterate and gate out from branch.
I hope your bank will take appropriate disciplinary action against that employees and ensure that employees behave well with its customers.

I have applied for the fastag from axis bank fastag portal on dated[protected]. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't get any response from axis bank. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank .They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

My axis account which was linked to fastag which we was bought through axis bank suddenly debitted 800 rs from my balance and got a message that auto sweep 800 to the fastag acount has been done which i never intitated . The toll free no doesnot have any person or link to help on this.

I applied for FASTag for my vehicle on axis bank. I have not yet recieved any message or status regarding my FASTag delivery. I applied for it on 8th Dec 2019 and was promised to be delivered within 7 working days.I have not recieved any message regarding my FASTag.

HI, I applied for Fasttag and I received an message that Fasttag is delivered through Bluedart.

But Still I did not received the same, already one week passed away after the message I received.

I have applied for Axis bank fastag 15 days back and I have not received this till date. I have paid 200 rupees and received a message that its in shipping with bluedart. When i search for tracking it is showing error. Customer care number does not work. Is it a fraud or axis bank is not taking care.
