Axis Bank — money deducted but not credited to my axis account

My friend transfer money from his Airtel Payment Bank account using Paytm (BHIM UPI) to my Axis Bank ASAP account but not credited to my account. It shows transaction is successful in him airtel payment bank statement. In my asix bank ASAP UPI section it shows failed.
The details are below -
Transaction date - 7 - Dec -2018
Transaction amount - Rs. 2000
